As a Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in connecting our dealer partners with Ireland’s largest audience of active car buyers. This is your chance to build lasting relationships, drive growth for dealerships, and represent a platform that dealers already recommend above all others.
What You Will Be Doing
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across our dealer network.
Identify growth opportunities, both with existing clients and new prospects.
Act as a digital advisor, helping dealers boost their online performance and reach more buyers.
Manage your sales pipeline end to end, consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
Stay on top of our product portfolio and tailor solutions to client needs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage both short and long sales cycles.
Keep accounts healthy through regular check-ins, creative campaigns, and proactive issue resolution.
Share insights from the field with the wider team to shape our strategy.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of proven sales experience , with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Strong account management skills, able to balance multiple clients and priorities.
Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build trust.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a bonus).
Tech-savvy and curious about digital trends, eager to grow your expertise in both the motor and digital industries.

Our client is a successful family owned dealer group operating a number of prestige retail franchised vehicle operations across their entire group in Southern Ireland.
RequirementsWe are looking for a time served qualified vehicle technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City and Guilds – NVQ Level 2 or 3, in light vehicle maintenance and vehicle diagnostics (or equivalent qualification). Ideally you will also be located within a commutable distance to and from Llandudno Junction, North Wales.
You will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing, inline with the company and manufacturer standards and procedures. Diagnostic skills and experience of vehicle problem solving is essential along with the ability to fix vehicles right first time. Team working and the ability to exceed customer expectations is a big part of the criteria for this position.You must also live and reside within a commutable distance from Swords, North Dublin.
