OverviewAs a Microsoft Datacenter IT Operations Manager (ITOM), you lead and manage a team of individual contributors as well as overseeing data center site services and logistics. This role will give you an opportunity to lead highly effective team.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Indepth experience managing physical operations in an IT and/or Critical Environment infrastructure.
Experience leading and motivating a diverse, technical workforce.
Willingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by rhythm of the business
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise-level Experience in managing large-scale and complex projects/programs.
- Working knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a large global enterprise
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills

- Comfortable working in compliance-heavy environments and following strict safety protocols.
- Experience with HVAC, fire detection/suppression, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures and working under SLA-driven contracts.
- Previous work in facilities with high uptime requirements (Tier III or IV standards beneficial).

Position Summary
The Tier 1 NOC Engineer will be the first point of contact for network monitoring,
troubleshooting, and incident resolution in a data center network environment. This role is
responsible for proactively identifying network issues, managing tickets, escalating incidents as
needed, and ensuring the stability of critical network infrastructure.
The Tier 1 NOC Engineer will operate within a structured ticketing system, ensuring efficient
alert acknowledgment, fault isolation, and escalation processes. They will follow documented
Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive continuous
operational improvements and maintain high availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Monitoring & Incident Response
● Operate and troubleshoot Data Center networks, including associated routing and switching
devices.
● Perform fault isolation and resolution based on troubleshooting outcomes.
● Detect and diagnose various error/failure conditions across a range of network device types.
● Coordinate with smart hands teams and network equipment manufacturers to resolve issues
and restore service.
● Work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with other network operational support teams.
● Partner with internal teams to escalate and restore service, minimizing impact to operations.
- Incident Response & Ticket Management Ticket
● Monitor the DC network infrastructure ticket queue, taking action on alerts or issues in
accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
● Acknowledge, track, and document all incidents, ensuring detailed records of troubleshooting
steps and resolution processes.
● Categorize incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency, ensuring proper prioritization.
● Manage and escalate critical events, maintaining clear and concise communication with
stakeholders.
● Ensure up-to-date tracking of incident resolution steps, maintaining accurate logs in ticketing
systems.
● Monitor blocked cases and assist in resolving ticket escalations, ensuring adherence to
operational workflows.
Process Optimization & Documentation
● Document and optimize operational processes and procedures, ensuring best practices are
followed.
● Support deployment, move, add, and change teams for data center network operations.
● Partner with audit teams to ensure accurate inventory and documentation of network
infrastructure.
● Follow Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and procedures for all relevant
vendors.
● Maintain up-to-date documentation on network changes, such as VLANs, subnet
configurations, and DNS updates.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
● Contribute to the creation of monitors, alerts, dashboards, and metrics to drive efficiency
improvements.
● Identify areas for automation and participate in developing solutions using scripting or coding
skills (Python, C, C++ preferred).
● Recommend enhancements to monitoring tools, ticketing workflows, and operational best
practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Skills

- Identify, triage, and respond to security incidents using established processes and tools.
- Utilise and maintain email encryption technologies to secure communication channels.
- Operate and troubleshoot Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access services.
- Maintain, configure, and monitor Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) for optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve complex network and security issues.
- Prepare incident reports and provide insights into recurring security events.
- Support the implementation of security best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a SOC or network security engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with email encryption platforms.
- Practical experience configuring and supporting Zscaler technologies.
- Proficiency with Web Application Firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, F5, or similar).
- Familiarity with network security monitoring and incident response processes.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to SIEM tools such as Splunk or QRadar.
- Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CEH, GIAC, Zscaler certifications).
- Understanding of secure networking principles and threat intelligence.

Job Description
As Lely Center Manager, you lead a regional sales and service organization that supports dairy farmers in working more efficiently, sustainably, and with greater enjoyment. Together with your team, you help farmers in your region on the Lely journey: adopting the right technology, receiving expert advice, and experiencing reliable, long-term support, from the very first introduction to Lely through to daily operations and ongoing farm optimization.
This role combines people leadership, strategic vision, business growth, and strong customer partnerships. You shape the direction of the Center, ensuring every part of the customer journey, from sales and installation to service and support, is smooth and consistent. In doing so, you create real impact on farms across the region and help move the dairy sector forward through innovation.
You'll guide and inspire a committed group of professionals across Sales, Service, Farm Management Support (FMS), Marketing, and Business Support. Whether it's helping install new robotic solutions, offering tailored advice to improve farm performance, or solving a challenge on-site, your team is there to help. And you make sure they have the support, structure, and clarity they need to do their best work.
You oversee the bigger picture: people, customers, strategy, and performance. You bring your team together with a clear vision, foster a supportive culture, and keep the Center growing, both in reach and in team development. You also represent the Center within the region, collaborating with farmers, partners, and other local stakeholders who all play a part in the future of farming.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and growing a regional sales and service organization that supports farmers with Lely's full portfolio of solutions.
- Driving customer satisfaction by building long-term, trust-based relationships with farmers and ensuring delivery of top-quality service and advice.
- Setting and executing strategic and annual plans to grow the business, improve profitability, and maintain a dominant market position.
- Managing budgets, P&L, and the overall financial performance of the Center.
- Supporting the growth and wellbeing of your team and ensuring the Center runs safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Representing the Lely Center externally and developing partnerships with industry stakeholders, government bodies, and educational institutions.
