Your Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Planning & Scheduling, Warehouse management, Material management, Logistics, Weight and Dispense, Supplier management and SAP at the site. This role also has dotted line responsibility for Procurement. You will be a member of the site Leadership Team and play a key role in the development of the strategy and co-ordination of overall site operations.

- Set strategy and direction for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure ongoing value is added to meet business needs, including the integration of the project Rathgall and supporting new product introductions.
- As a senior leader in the organization, you will be responsible for strategic leadership, building competencies, and developing talent.
- Utilize the above site Supply Chain organization to ensure alignment of Supply Chain activities across the division
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to ensure a safe, complaint and inclusive culture. Excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability are key to success in this role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate in a diverse organization.
- Bachelors Degree or higher preferred; ideally in a related Business, Science, Engineering or other Technical discipline. A minimum of 10 years post qualification is required
- Carried out similar role ideally within the pharmaceutical industry

The Supply Chain Management Team (SCM) Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation across UPMC Ireland. You will report to the EHR Business Stream Lead. This role ensures all supply chain-related workflows-including procurement, inventory, and materials management-are accurately designed, tested, and transitioned into the new EHR environment This role provides strategic and tactical leadership for the supply chain workstream, ensuring alignment with clinical operations, financial systems, and overall programme goals. The individual will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in materials management and ERP-EHR integration to ensure a smooth, efficient, and sustainable transformation of supply chain functions. This is an ideal opportunity for a SCM expert who understands the intersections of SCM, clinical operations, finance and health IT systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
General Accountabilities
You will have responsibility for delivering the Supply Chain Management workstream within UPMC Ireland. You will implement the programme within the project scope and governance, including identification of your workstream's stakeholders. You will establish your project team and allocate responsibilities. You will collaborate with the other clinical, business and technical workstream leads where required.
For the workflows to be deployed, you will be responsible for the end-user experience, the supply chain modules, milestone tracking and reporting workstream status and issues, risks and benefits. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Recommend policy changes and process improvements related to SCM use of the system to drive efficiencies and improve outcomes.
- Coordinate a cross-functional SCM implementation team across SCM services during the transition.
- Facilitate regular workgroup meetings, track milestones, document decisions, and escalate risks.
- Act as a liaison between SCM services and the EHR implementation team.
- Support development of training materials and assist with education for SCM services and other relevant end-users.
- Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilisation phases, ensuring continuity of SCM operations and rapid issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure SCM staff and other relevant users are adequately trained on SCM workflows within Meditech and associated applications.
- Support the planning and delivery of handover training to the future EHR BAU team members.
Workflow & System Design:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SCM functions in MEDITECH and associated applications, including inventory control, purchasing, requisitioning, receiving, and supply distribution.
- Collaborate with the MEDITECH analysts and operational leaders to design and validate SCM workflows within MEDITECH Expanse and associated applications.
- Review system functionality related to SCM processes and workflows.
- Support the implementation of related modules such as Theatres, Medicines Management, Patient access, scheduling, and the patient portal, particularly where these intersect with supply chain operations-for example, ensuring that supply-dependent services (e.g., surgical scheduling or outpatient procedures) are aligned with inventory availability and replenishment cycles.
- Work closely with clinical departments to ensure clinical supply usage aligns with catalog items, barcode scanning, and charge capture processes, enabling accurate supply utilization tracking and cost recovery.
- Ensure operational workflows translate effectively into SCM and associated financial processes
- Support the integration of SCM workflows with financial processes to ensure SCM/financial integrity and optimised workflows alongside SCM and quality compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to support end-to-end SCM integrity across modules.
Implementation support, Testing & Data Validation:
- Oversee SCM system configuration, data migration validation and integration with existing or planned enterprise platforms where applicable.
- Lead testing activities for SCM modules, including integrated and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Verify item master accuracy, vendor and contract data, location mapping, and par levels in MEDITECH.
- Validate interfaces between MEDITECH and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, financial systems, distributors).
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT, finance, and clinical teams.
- Ensure SCM-facing modules are integrated with other clinical systems (e.g., PCM, OM, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy) to support seamless care delivery and documentation.
- Validate statutory, management and operational reporting requirement delivery for SCM functions.
- Champion change management among SCM staff, addressing workflow impacts, practice changes, and documentation requirements.
- Facilitate standards development processes and actively engage SCM SMEs in design and optimization discussions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards (e.g., HIQA).
- Support the identification of appropriate hardware solutions for SCM services in their operational settings.
Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including current state/future state maps, risk/issue logs, decision registers, benefits registers, and change logs.
- Support governance processes by preparing materials for steering group and senior management meetings.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain readiness, adoption, and post-go-live performance.
- Assist in documenting lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to procurement, clinical safety and digital health.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management or materials management.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting or leading system implementations (preferably MEDITECH or similar ERP/EHR platforms).
- In-depth understanding of item master management, inventory control, procurement processes, and clinical integration.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across clinical and operational teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Coordinate vendor onboarding, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Business Units) to support vendor selection, risk reviews, and issue resolution.
- Support audit and regulatory requests by providing relevant vendor documentation and reporting.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends related to third-party risk management.
- Conduct adverse media checks across all vendors.
- Assistance with DDQ template and updating reporting template as part of annual review and maintenance.
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, risk management, compliance, audit or a related function (preferred).
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is an advantage.

About The Position
We are seeking a
Vendor Management Associate
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of G-P's relationships, processes, reporting and issue resolution for In Country Providers ("ICPs").
Reporting to the Senior Manager-Provider Management, this role will be paramount to customer and professional satisfaction and therefore requires working closely with internal stakeholders across various departments

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.
- Assist in pricing discussions by gathering and compiling data to support Snr Mgr in securing favorable terms.
- Support the monitoring of vendor performance by collecting data and helping to prepare reports on key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Help prepare and organize regular feedback for vendors, supporting senior team members in collaborative improvement plan discussions.
- Assist in the development of the vendor network by conducting research and analysis on potential new partners or consolidation opportunities, reporting findings to the Senior Manager.
- Assist in maintaining effective relationships with the key stakeholders across G-P, and ensure efficient communication of provider related updates.
- Strive to become over time a subject matter expert for ICP related matters
- Provide support on analysis, reports, presentations as required by the business including but not limited to internal facing resources, master schedules, tickets.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor-related queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally and escalating to Snr Mgr as required.
Requirements
- Education - Degree in Business. Management, Finance or relevant experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in vendor management or a similar role focused on building relationships
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultures is advantageous
- Strong financial acumen, negotiation, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly motivated, with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous and quick learner with a "can do" attitude
- A positive and solutions focused mindset is necessary for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Jira - Kanban, WorkDay

The Vendor Manager within CX Operations is responsible for onboarding, managing and supporting our Outsourcing Partner(s) for Professional Services, Payroll Operations and Customer Support.
As a Vendor Manager you own the end-to-end relationship management with external service providers, including procurement, contract management, performance management, and offboarding. You will be supported by a team that provides training and enablement, performance management, operational support and quality assurance.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Develop - and execute on - a consistent and transparent Vendor Management Framework for outsourcing partners, as part of the CX Operations function
- Define/iterate upon a framework to track KPIs and other metrics relevant partner engagements
- Develop a collaborative approach with Outsourcing Partners aimed at maximizing value for the company, and minimize and mitigate operational risks
- Support the development and continuous improvement of a scalable approach for JTBDs that will be handled by outsourcing partners
- Manage a team of specialists who are responsible for the execution of the Vendor Management strategy
- Own the strategic relationship with the vendor, acting as the main escalation point for all outsourcing topics
- Lead and drive regular performance reviews, including business metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Ensure contract and SOW adherence, including commercial terms, penalties, and service levels
- Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular syncs with vendor leadership
- Execute regular audits to ensure quality, efficiency and process compliance
- Carry out regular market assessments to identify and onboard the partners best suited to Personio's needs, engage in and own contract (re-)negotiations when applicable
- Own the financial relationship: review and approve pre-invoices, accruals, and vendor payments
- Oversee cost plans, ramp plans, and track vendor resource allocation and utilization
- Lead capacity planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the vendor
- Manage escalations and collaborate with the respective stakeholders to resolve these escalations
- Align with internal leadership, finance, and product teams on vendor strategy and future needs.
As part of this role you will also:
- Partner closely with Professional Services, Customer Support, and Payroll Operations on all operational tasks to help drive the organisation's support strategies and direction
- Collaborate with vendor counterparts in regards to operational governance
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- University degree or relevant work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and ideally German or one other European language
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of previous vendor management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Must be at ease operating in a small, dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ability to hold oneself accountable
- Experience with enterprise SaaS software solutions, as well as analytical tools
- Passion for continuous improvement of processes, efficiency, value, and quality
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
