**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
As the **Specialist, Change Contro** l, you will create product Enterprise Change Notices (ECNs) in our Quality Management System for Project teams supporting our PMO portfolio.
You will also:
+ Create complex changes within the Quality Management System to ensure data, documents, content and information submitted in the change is accurate and compliant.
+ Collaborates with the necessary stakeholders as needed to build, complete and monitor the Implementation Plan as well as the ECN.
+ Facilitate and organize the Change Implementation Board (CIB) when required.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in the Change Management/Change Control process as well as the onePLM system.
+ Responsible for following the Change Management/Change Control process and procedures effectively within our Quality System.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across several business functions providing excellent customer service while creating and routing complex changes in our Quality System.
+ Collaborate with relevant functional groups to mentor and coach teams and stakeholders through the change control process and the workflow within onePLM.
+ May act as the Change Owner as well as the Change Analyst II on changes.
+ May be trained as a Document Controller to support projects as needed.
+ Additional projects related to the Change Analyst II role as needed.
+ May support and participate in audits.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale, multi-phase Residential project in a client-facing role, from pre-construction through to final handover. This is a strategic, senior-level role offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a major project, combining strong leadership with practical delivery expertise. You will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction execution, and commissioning - while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency. This position offers a stable, long-term project location and the support of a highly experienced senior management team. Duties & Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle planning, procurement, construction, and final handover. Take ownership of all site operations, team leadership, and programme delivery. Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and stakeholders to resolve design issues quickly and efficiently. Oversee procurement schedules, trade package scopes, and contracts with support from QS and Contracts Managers. Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost control, including BIM implementation and BC(A)R coordination. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities. Chair weekly progress, site, and QA meetings following up on actions to maintain momentum. Use platforms like Procore to track site diaries, documentation, photos, and progress updates. Mentor and develop your team fostering accountability and professional growth. Competence and Educational Requirement: Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 3+ years experience in a senior construction project management role. Extensive experience in managing high-value Residential Constructionprojects. Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and BC(A)R processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction-specific platforms (e.g., Procore). Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Full, clean drivers license required.
