WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the Specialist, Change Contro l, you will create product Enterprise Change Notices (ECNs) in our Quality Management System for Project teams supporting our PMO portfolio.
You will also:
- Create complex changes within the Quality Management System to ensure data, documents, content and information submitted in the change is accurate and compliant.
- Collaborates with the necessary stakeholders as needed to build, complete and monitor the Implementation Plan as well as the ECN.
- Facilitate and organize the Change Implementation Board (CIB) when required.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the Change Management/Change Control process as well as the onePLM system.
- Responsible for following the Change Management/Change Control process and procedures effectively within our Quality System.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across several business functions providing excellent customer service while creating and routing complex changes in our Quality System.
- Collaborate with relevant functional groups to mentor and coach teams and stakeholders through the change control process and the workflow within onePLM.
- May act as the Change Owner as well as the Change Analyst II on changes.
- May be trained as a Document Controller to support projects as needed.
- Additional projects related to the Change Analyst II role as needed.
- May support and participate in audits.

A Day In The Life
The PL Is accountable for the overall delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) on behalf of the organization. Establishes and communicates customer expectations to the project team with minimal direction. Ensures that escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally. Leads the cross-functional project team to meet or exceed deliverables. Manages project(s) of increasing complexity (such as but not limited to: multi-service, multi-region/country, therapeutic complexity, financial scope).
- Serves as the primary contact and lead between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
- On projects where the scope requires, ensures clear delineation in responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads (such as lead in a specific region, lead for a specific vendor(s) or subset of delivery).
- Drives and owns the overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).

About you:
- 5-7 years proven experience managing complex IT and business change projects.
- Relevant 3rd level degree qualification and experience.
- Can work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure there is an alignment between linking projects.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO (Project Management Office/Centre of Excellence) . This is a key role in supporting excellence in project

- Project management of selected projects within the site's project portfolio, potential projects could include process improvement, new system delivery and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science or related field
- Experience in a Vaccines, Biologics or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

- A minimum of 6+ years industry experience with at least 4 of those years in managing project
