Primary Purpose of the Role: Providing support to the IAS Engineering Manager This is a role in which there is no margin for error and attention to detail is paramount. Join Microsoft as an AI Business Process Digital Solution Area Specialist. In this individual-contributor, quota-carrying role you will own the entire engagement cycle, pinpointing opportunities, crafting value propositions, and driving AI-powered business-process transformations. Partnering closely with Account Executives, Digital Solution Engineers, and marketing teams, you will design win strategies, deliver compelling demos and pilots, and land customer success plans that accelerate adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions.

**Responsibilities**
+ Actively and regularly engage in sales community calls/channels and share learnings and best practices.
+ Partner with and lead Account Planning Team on Account Plan for AI Business Process opportunities, including decision maker identification and solution play selection.
+ Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker (BDM) relationships as an industry aligned Business Applications solution expert.
+ Build & maintain the required range of qualified pipeline coverage for rolling 4 quarters through digital-first seller tools
+ Deliver the One Microsoft narrative and solution pitches to C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers.
+ Orchestrate business value + technical solution demos to align with the customers' desired business outcomes and solution requirements.
+ Manage long-term contract renewals with existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and successes.

In this role you will be the AI Business Process Sales and Service Solution Engineer (SE) for the SME-C segment for your assigned workload and a member of the sales team that consists of Digital AI Business Process Specialists, partners and engineering.
As an AI Business Process Sales and Service Solution Engineer (SE), you will lead AI transformation engagements with a focus on Sales and Service domain expertise. Your role involves owning the technical win strategy and supporting AI Business Process Sales Specialists (SSP) by forming strong relationships with C-Suite executives, Business Decision Makers (BDMs), and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT Leaders. You will help them achieve their goals for product proficiency, roadmap, and competitive discussions to secure technical decisions.
In this role you will advance pipeline by assisting the Solution Specialist in qualifying the deal, developing the strategy and inspiring the Business Decision Maker/Technical Decision Maker. You are responsible for designing the solution and delivering an industry-aligned demonstration to the customer. You will engage partners for co-sell and implementation considerations, engineering to assist with emerging technologies and Customer Success Unit for deal support. The demo will focus on solving the technical proof requirements while highlighting our business value and competitive differentiators and should result in securing the customer's solution design endorsement.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Programme & Scope Management Own and manage the Master Project Plan, aligning modular factory timelines with site works sequencing and commissioning milestones. Lead modular build planning, managing interfaces across Design, Engineering, Panel Shop, Fabrication, Quality, Logistics, and Site Execution. Drive daily/weekly performance through Tier 3 and Tier 4 reviews, resolving blockers in real-time. 2. Client & Stakeholder Interface Act as the single point of accountability for Cental in all project matters with Ardmac and Dornan. Lead weekly project coordination calls, steering committees, and client reporting. Ensure full contractual compliance, change control governance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Commercial & Risk Management Manage project budget, forecast resource demand, and track actuals vs. budget. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across schedule, quality, and cost with escalation mechanisms in place. Oversee procurement alignment and subcontractor onboarding in collaboration with Procurement and Contracts teams. 4. Quality, Safety & Compliance Oversight Ensure all work complies with Clients specifications, Centals ISO-accredited systems, and site-specific safety standards. Leadership & Team Management Lead a cross-functional project delivery team including: Quality Lead EHS Coordinator Site Works Supervisor Design & Engineering liaison Logistics & Planning coordinator Establish clear roles, accountability, and a cadence of review to ensure aligned, high-performance delivery. Requirements: Essential: 10+ years experience in project management of large-scale MEP, data centre, modular, or high-tech industrial builds. Proven track record delivering projects >€20M in value under fast-track timelines. Deep knowledge of construction project lifecycles, offsite modular methodologies, and data centre client expectations (ideally Microsoft). Experienced in client-facing leadership, commercial control, and managing multiple internal disciplines to schedule. Strong proficiency in MS Project, or equivalent; confident in use of project dashboards and reporting tools. Desirable: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
