As a Strategic Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will lead and manage partnerships with HubSpot's most strategic marketing agencies, consultants and systems integrators. The PDM is the pivotal role in the relationships that HubSpot builds with partner companies. They are responsible for engaging at the executive level to build trust by sharing insights about how companies can capitalize on market opportunities by partnering with HubSpot. You'll define the solution strategy with our most strategic partners, build cross-functional teams, foster critical relationships at the C-level, and showcase HubSpot's technology to our potential customers. You will also work closely with HubSpot's sales leaders across all markets to ensure productive sales engagement and partner management across the globe. Additionally, you will partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Enablement teams to ensure success of the partnership.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the partner in the entire journey of building strategic plans, identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, go-to-market engagement, landing wins, and delivering customer success. You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments. You will possess a business background that enables you to engage at the CXO level and ideally a sales background that enables you to easily interact with end customers and sales/field reps. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and to build and convey compelling customer value propositions around the value of HubSpot's software.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Manage 5-15 partner relationships and build a sales pipeline by working with your partners to exceed sales goals
- Develop well thought out business plans with a clear set of priorities, joint initiatives and specific goals for pipeline development, opportunity management, and sustainable business (retention)
- Develop a mentor-based and industry insights providing relationship with partners to establish strategic alignment and drive growth
- Create compelling offerings and go-to-market initiatives with the partner by quantifying opportunities and making a business case for investments into their HubSpot practice
- Engage C-level stakeholders, foster relationships between HubSpot leaders and partner executives across sales, CS and product/engineering
- Work with the program, marketing and sales teams on the execution of partner programs, events, sales engagement, building playbooks and collateral to enable partners to sell into customers effectively
- Develop and drive business and technical enablement plans with partners to facilitate the implementation and operations of HubSpot products
- Promote top partners to HubSpot customers and sellers
- Drive promotions, contests and incentives as appropriate
- Gather, organize, and report back partner feedback (both technical and business) to help improve the customer and partner experience
- Be the partner evangelist within the HubSpot sales organization
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
We are looking for someone who has:
- Fluent English language skills (fluency in Dutch, Swedish or Finnish is a plus)
- Has 8+ years of experience in sales, partner channel development, business development, or alliance management in the technology industry
- 5+ years of experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
- Ideally has experience in the software (SaaS) industry and therefore has a deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market models
- Excellent channels sales acumen with demonstrated success managing large, global partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
- Proven ability to translate data and trends into strategies, compelling messages, leadership, and persuasion skills
- Ability to identify required resources and gather requirements, drive a sense of common purpose and shared goals/vision, and deliver results as an outcome of ongoing or time-bound work
- Thrives in a fast-paced working environment, can work autonomously and pivot quickly to changing business needs

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €72,900 - €132,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. About the Role
As a bilingual Channel Sales Engineer you will work alongside the Keeper Security sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective. You will be responsible for identifying the technical requirements within an opportunity, matching them to Keeper Security solutions, and supporting the sale by positioning and demonstrating differences. About The Role
As a bilingual Channel Sales Engineer you will work alongside the Keeper Security sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective. You will be responsible for identifying the technical requirements within an opportunity, matching them to Keeper Security solutions, and supporting the sale by positioning and demonstrating differences. You will provide product trials and evaluations to Keeper Security partners, assist with implementation and integration, and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process of Keeper products for Channel partners in EMEA
- Work closely with the Channel Account Management team to support and develop strategic partners technical capability and drive incremental partner revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations, or on-site at a Keeper facility
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updates
- Communicate with French and English speaking partners, both verbally and in writing
- Address technical questions, concerns, and objections during the sales process to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction
- Act as a technical advisor to partners, helping them understand how our solutions can solve their business challenges and achieve their goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the business
- Analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under pressure
- Works on issues that affect design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies
- Establish relationships and engage with the technical personnel to identify opportunities and sell Keeper Security products and services
- Ensure accurate and timely activity, issue updates in Salesforce and report to management
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers
- Participates as part of a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Contribute to the execution of company objectives to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
- Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
- Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
- Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to build and demonstrate a high quality product overview to both technical and executive level audiences
- Technical background in networking and security applications as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

- Industry recognized certifications
- Scripting and DevOps experience a plus
- Exposure to Identity Providers like Azure and Okta
- Experience providing solutions to and understanding the requirements of Enterprise Customers
- Prior experience with cybersecurity solutions or relevant experience with IAM or other security SAAS solutions

- Strategy & Program
- Define the Global partner strategy, coverage model, and tiered program (benefits, margins, deal reg, MDF, certifications).
- Prioritize partner activities on a global basis, including target partner lists and expected revenue ramp over time
- Build joint value propositions for governance services (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2 readiness/Penetration Testing, GDPR/DPA 2018, Cyber Essentials, risk & policy management).
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Target, sign, and enable priority partners (MSP/MSSP, audit/assurance, boutique GRC consultancies, vertical specialists, cloud/security vendors).
- Establish enablement paths (sales playbooks, use-case messaging, demo scripts, delivery runbooks).
- GTM & Co-Selling
- Run deal registration, pipeline reviews, and co-selling with field teams; orchestrate co-marketing/MDF campaigns and events.
- Align with Marketing on campaigns; with Product on roadmap/packaging; with Services on partner delivery standards.
- Governance & Compliance
- Set partner delivery and data-handling standards aligned to our GRC posture; manage partner agreements, pricing, and audits.
- Ensure adherence to UK Bribery Act, competition law, and other relevant global privacy/security requirements.
- Operations & Forecasting
- Own channel forecast, partner scorecards, QBRs, and executive business reviews; track MDF ROI and partner health.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8–12+ years alliances/channel leadership in GRC, cyber, security services, or enterprise SaaS.
- Track record building tiered channel programs and delivering multimillion-pound partner revenue.
- Relationships across the globe with MSP/MSSP, audit/assurance, boutique consultancies, and relevant tech ecosystems.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR/DPA 2018, NIST/ISO control frameworks, Cyber Essentials; public-sector frameworks knowledge a plus (e.g., G-Cloud).
- Commercial acumen (deal structures, margins, partner P&L), strong contract and negotiation skills.
