- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or F&B.
- Strong knowledge of digital media, content creation, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required (for events/activations).
