They are now seeking to recruit a Civil & Structural Design Project Manager in Mayo. The successful candidate will be a Member of Engineers Ireland with at least 5 years' experience in Civil and/or Structural Engineering, including design and construction. You will assist in the preparation of high-quality engineering design for a broad range of civil and structural engineering projects. All work is carried out in accordance with company ISO 9001 procedures. Your new role Project Management Manage workflow for construction projects, reporting to the Director. Project tracker with key dates and resources. Client liaison on existing and future projects - Tender & Construction stages. Ensure the completion of early-stage project review and design intent on all projects within the project team, prior to director review. Site attendance as contracted, key milestones, i.e. client meetings. Review pre-construction issue information with the Director prior to the client issue. Provide client support in the civil and structural consultancy role. Project review at project close with the company Director. Design Management Lead the civil/structural design team on various projects Agree and manage project delivery milestones. Allocate team resources to support engineers/architects in individual projects. Monitor their efficiency in responding to clients on RFIs, general correspondence and production/issue of information.
