Role Purpose
We are looking for a Client Advisor to join the Household team withing our Affinity Personal Lines Division. Reporting to the Household Team Lead this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to service existing household insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years personal insurance experience with practical knowledge in Applied Relay.

About The Role

About you

YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a driven and client-focused Client Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT consulting who thrives in a client-facing environment. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Irish market, building strategic relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Contribute to sales activities to expand our footprint in the Irish market, with a strong focus on Package-Based solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client needs.
- Support client relationships by offering tailored solutions and maintaining regular engagement.
- Assist in preparing commercial offers and managing RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including contract support.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
Work with international Capgemini teams to leverage global expertise.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting, sales, or account management within IT services, with strong expertise in Package-Based solutions
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver tailored business solutions that drive measurable value.
- Skilled in account planning, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting using CRM tools
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical and delivery teams

€52,026 to €4,725 per annum contributory superannuation
Rising to ,521 by long service increments
,701 to ,098 per annum non-contributory superannuation
Rising to ,804 by long service increments
Candidates should note that entry will be at the minimum point of the relevant scale and the rate of remuneration may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy. Subject to satisfactory performance, increments may be payable in line with current Government Policy.
Role Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Client Advisor role is to lead and manage strategic client relationships on behalf of the Agency, optimising the ambition, potential and impact of each client company in line with Enterprise Ireland's strategic goals of job creation, sustainability targets and innovation.
