About the role:

We're looking for a highly motivated Client Solutions Analyst to join our Client Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented, and solutions focused individual who is eager to begin or grow their career with a Fintech in the Funds and Asset Management Industry.

As a Client Solutions Analyst, you will work closely with the team to support client onboarding, assist with queries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic about technology, and passionate about delivering excellent client service.

Our team of approx. 15 operates globally with team members based out of Ireland, the US, Dubai and Australia, and supports clients right across the globe. Our clients are typically Fund Administrators, Fund ManCo's, Depositories, Transfer Agents, Auditors, Investment Managers, and anyone who works within the Investment Fund world.

What you'll do:

  • Support the onboarding of new and existing clients to the Fund Recs platform
  • Ensure clients have everything required to perform their tasks within the Fund Recs platform and have the most automated solution possible.
  • Creation of templates to normalize and ingest Client data.
  • Creation of new recs end to end including, fund Setups, SFTP Mappings, Template mapping and Team / Client / User Setup
  • Assist in managing client relationships.
  • Effectively resolve client enquiries in a thoughtful and timely manner
  • Help prepare and deliver client training sessions (online and on-site)
  • Participate in testing new modules and functionality
  • Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to share insights and feedback
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes

Our interview process takes place remotely via teams and typically involves the following:

  • A 45 minute call where we'll ask you about your current and previous roles and explore some competency based questions with you.
  • A second round interview to meet our COO and to go through follow up questions.
  • We may follow up with a final stage interview, to discuss any feedback before making a final decision.

Background

The Disruptive Technologies Innovation Fund (DTIF) is a 0 million fund established under Project Ireland 2040. It is one of four funds set up under the National Development Plan (NDP It is managed by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment and administered by Enterprise Ireland.

The Disruptive Technologies Innovation Fund involves investment in the development and deployment of disruptive innovative technologies, on a commercial basis, targeted at tackling national and global challenges. The fund is driving collaboration between the world class research base and industry as well as facilitating enterprises to compete directly for funding in support of the development and adoption of these technologies and seeding a new wave of start-ups.

Role Objective:

DMI are looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to join our growing team, helping dental and aesthetic clinics bring world-class
facial aesthetics
solutions to their patients.

This is more than just a sales role — it's about being a trusted partner to healthcare professionals. You'll combine consultative selling with genuine product expertise, ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clinics across your territory.
  • Developing new business opportunities while maximising growth from existing accounts.
  • Acting as the go-to expert for our facial aesthetics product range.
  • Creating innovative sales strategies and promoting offers to drive results.
  • Working closely with colleagues across telesales, training, and customer service for a seamless client experience.
  • Representing DMI at trade shows and industry events.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in Dental, Pharmaceutical, Aesthetics or Medical Sales is a plus — but not essential.
  • A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives on building long-term relationships.
  • A full driving licence (you'll be out meeting clients regularly).

Who are DMI

Dental Medical Ireland (DMI) is a distributor of dental products, equipment, and engineering / after-sales support for dental surgeries with offices in Dublin (Leixlip), Cork, and Lisburn (Northern Ireland). We Supply a wide range of consumables (disposables, materials etc.) used in dental clinics, from many leading manufacturers, equipment from well-known brands (A-dec, Planmeca, KaVo, Dentsply Sirona, etc.) and provide installation, maintenance and engineering support / after-sales service. We have trained engineers nationwide. We also operate an online web shop with customer-service support, live chat and next-day delivery for many items.

By utilising our Dental Directory's experience in Aesthetics sales & distribution through MedFx, DMI hopes to grow this area within its existing dental customers and new and existing aesthetic customers in Ireland.
