Senior SAP Commerce Cloud Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Commerce Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain our enterprise-grade digital commerce platform. As a core development team member, you will build robust and scalable eCommerce features using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), lead technical problem-solving, and support integration with SAP and third-party systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment
This position will be located in

Your Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom modules and extensions in SAP Commerce Cloud using Java and Spring Framework.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Design scalable and reusable components aligned with best practices and enterprise architecture.
- Own core eCommerce functionality (catalog, pricing, cart, checkout, order management).
- Customize B2B and/or B2C accelerators as needed.
- Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with backend systems (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP CPI, payment gateways, PIM, OMS).
- Design APIs and data flows for real-time and batch interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code reliability.
- Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, UX designers, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum setup.
- Participate in grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, system bottlenecks, and performance challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP Certified Development Specialist – SAP Commerce Cloud.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with 3+ years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.
- Strong understanding of SAP Commerce architecture, data modeling, and extension mechanisms.
- Experience with B2B/B2C Accelerators and OCC (OmniCommerce Connect) APIs.
- Proficiency in Spring Framework, RESTful services, and SOLR.
- Familiarity with cloud deployments (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud in public cloud environments) and CI/CD tools.

Basic Qualifications
