Work Flexibility: Onsite
• Leads the coordination and prioritisation of production to meet customer requirements, maintain inventory levels and relevant Key Production Indicators (KPIs). Communicate and record output levels.
• Collaborate with NPI teams to ensure that builds are prioritised and progressed through the line as per required timelines.
• Lead NPI training and coordination for the area as required.

• Identify opportunities for training business improvements and lead initiatives as required.
• Manages the scheduling of overtime and review plan with Operations Supervisor to agree prior to publishing for the team.
• Responsible for rostering work through visual staffing plans and updating holiday schedule for the PB teams aligned with the Operations Supervisor. Holidays are approved by the Operations Supervisor.
• Is often the first point of contact for production to help address a process or product issue and capable of making the decision in relation to appropriate approach to take i.e. make decision or escalate to appropriate SME & then Collaborates with relevant SME to resolve the issue. Proactively communicates any issues re production/materials etc. to the Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure quality standards and expectations are communicated and deployed.
• Maintain the reports on quality and production metrics (rework, scrap, line clearance, QA audits, cell shutdown)
• Promote current Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Processes
• Lead EHS / 6S for your team – ensure that a proactive approach to health and safety. Champion and achieve the 6S process, standards, and objectives using teamwork

Purpose

Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker's 2026 Cooperative cohort.

Tasks and responsibilities may include:

About The Team
The Customer Support team is comprised of more than 50 experienced support professionals with an array of technical experience from various backgrounds. We have regional offices in NA, EMEA, and APAC to provide our customers global coverage as we handle more than 12,000 support cases annually.
