Position:

Office Administrator (1 vacancy)

Job Description:
  • Operate all aspects of computerised Payroll and Accounts
  • Record all wage transactions and accounts data, including bank reconciliation, EFT journal, materials, and training expenditure
  • Prepare quarterly returns to Revenue
  • Prepare month-ending AWS, materials, and training claims to DSP
  • Assist in the calculation and recording of monthly attendance records
  • Work directly with Project Supervisor in all aspects of the successful management of the Project
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor
Duration of post:

1 year, subject to extension to 3 years

Hours per week:

19.5 hours

Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility to participate in Community Employment is generally linked to individuals aged 21 or over who are in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more. Eligibility will be verified by the Department. This is a developmental opportunity; no experience is necessary as accredited training will be provided to support candidates' career development.
