Major Responsibilities

  • CAPA -Complete the Impact assessment and investigation of non-conformances associated with non-conforming products, out of Specifications (OOS), audit findings and customer complaints.
  • OOS -Member of cross functional investigation team to ensure OOS investigations are completed in accordance with procedural requirements.
  • Audit Readiness – Support Ops Manufacturing, ensure compliance across all areas.
  • Contributing to the creation and update where relevant of Work Instructions and Operation procedures to maintain compliance.
  • Manage the Equipment Assets on site, maintain and update the Asset Management / Maintenance System.
  • Supporting the engineering team in ensuring that facilities, utilities and equipment are maintained to meet the required standards.
  • Maintain and manage the change control of updating the Asset management / Maintenance system.
  • Develop Continuous Improvement Plans and activities as related to manufacturing and quality process.
  • Coordinate and implement process and equipment projects. Identification of opportunities for new technology and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage and review the Operation KPI's, (e.g. NC Closure Rate, Track & Trend, PM's completed)
  • Review Change Control Documents and support the approval process of updated documents.
  • Ensure adherence to 6 S in the Operation areas ensuring the department conducts its business in a manner designed to be protective of human health, safety and the environment.
  • Maintain strong communication and working relationships with all departments.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Education And Competencies Required

About The Team
The Compliance Applications team develops high quality products and services that enables Stripe to understand its compliance state and take action to address compliance requirements within Stripe's technology organization.   • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML models, including LLMs, to automate complex business or security processes and build intelligent solutions
  • Solid understanding of software security principles, secure coding practices, and security automation
  • Experience with data orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) to manage and scale automation pipelines
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD systems (BuildKite or similar), and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the production kitchen team to ensure all retail products meet food safety and quality standards
  • Manage and maintain the HACCP system, including documentation and implementation across the production kitchen, restaurant, and food market
  • Monitor hygiene records and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
  • Conduct regular audits across all sites (production kitchen, restaurant, and food market)
  • Train and support kitchen staff in food safety procedures and hygiene best practices
  • Identify risks and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with health and safety authorities and external auditors as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, ideally in a supervisory or quality-focused role

Purpose
The Plant Technical Quality Assurance (PTQA) Specialist is a senior position within the QA function which will typically report to a QA Manager and will be required to be a Subject Matter Expert in their assigned area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as Quality point of contact and decision maker during New Product Introductions, Technology Transfer and Process Validation activities for Aseptic products, ensuring that all activities meet Client and regulatory expectations.


• Quality review and approval of Process Development and Validation documentation

o Technical transfer documents

o Validation Protocols, executed validation documents and reports


• Provide Quality direction and input at Change Control and Deviation Review Boards and assume QA oversight of change control and Deviation/CAPA records; ensuring scope of record is clear and implementation activities are robust and timely.


• Perform all activities in compliance with Client safety standards and SOPs

Requirements

• University degree. Science or Engineering related discipline preferred.

• Experience in change control, non-conformance, corrective and preventative actions, and validation practices.
