This person will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, and in their absence, to the Senior Contracts Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the commercial terms and conditions (T&C) from the sales team/or contract.
- Create commercial and contractual awareness amongst the project teams as per T&C.
- Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks from the Clients and Subcontractors.
- Support setting up and upload the commercial performance targets in the Company system.
- Update the project actuals VS budgets through working proactively with the project teams to ensure the
- commercial performance targets are met.
- Prepare the sales invoice to the Clients on time with the accounts receivable as per the T&C.
