Responsibilities And Key Activities Include
- Plan ITPs and their implementation as part of overall Quality Plan and compliance with specifications.
- Being active on site to oversee all of the construction process
- Inspect and review works being carried out by directly employed and subcontracted resources and ensure that they are achieving the required quality and standards to the latest information
- Identify and record non-conformances and ensure that corrective measures are taken, taking account the sequence of activities and access requirements. Maintain a register of all observations and record the close out of any remedial works
- Check and monitor site activities, in accordance with general technical guidelines, applicable standards and specific requirements laid down in the specifications, in order to control and record the quality of the work
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental standards on the site and take corrective measures, in accordance with legislation and regulations
- Report on the status of the work to Project Management
- Ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the PMP and with related Method Statements;
- Review and implement the environmental requirements on the project, co-ordinate environmental control measures and report environmental emergencies and incidents
- Provide support to site management on root cause analysis and investigation
- Writing project progress records and progress photos in liaison with the Foreman and Engineers
- Assist in the preparation of the safety File and in BC(a)R submissions
- Review and comment on subcontractor, supplier and vendor technical submittals for compliance with the contract
- Actively focused on achieving high quality results and objectives
- Other duties as required

- of major projects >150MM. Delivering quality programmes for major projects >150MM.
- Extensive knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industries Design, Construction and Validation.
- Experience working in large teams.

We're currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and oversee food safety, hygiene, and compliance practices across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the production kitchen team to ensure all retail products meet food safety and quality standards
- Manage and maintain the HACCP system, including documentation and implementation across the production kitchen, restaurant, and food market
- Monitor hygiene records and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular audits across all sites (production kitchen, restaurant, and food market)
- Train and support kitchen staff in food safety procedures and hygiene best practices
- Identify risks and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with health and safety authorities and external auditors as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, ideally in a supervisory or quality-focused role
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Confident in conducting audits and addressing non-conformities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across different teams
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Desirable (but not essential)
- EU Category B (van) driving license – for site visits and audits
- Previous experience in a QA or compliance role within the food industry
- Knowledge of local food safety legislation and inspection processes
