Familiarisation with the design documentation, project programme and construction methodologies for the assigned project Set persons to work manage and coordinate activities inline with the Veolia Minimum Requirements toolkit standard Ensure all plant equipment are fit for purpose and inspected as required Review of all third party RAMS / SSOW and production of methodology sequencing to ensure alignment with the VMR tool kit Demonstrate, promote and acknowledge positive behaviours to develop a proactive safety culture on site Identify and prevent unsafe behaviours, defects Investigate events inline with Veolia and clients policies in the event of an incident on site. Coordinate all activities on site to ensure smooth interactions and avoid conflicts Communicate daily briefing with all supervisors, employees and contractors Report on programme progress identifying risks and opportunities to project completion. Provide a 3 week look ahead to the client and their representatives on a weekly basis. Develop and maintain a quality log for each subcontractor and ensure all defects are resolved in a timely and effective manner Carry out site H&S inspections/audits as required by VMR Ensure everyone working on site has received a site specific induction and that all competencies are checked and recorded in the site training matrix. Ensure all PSCS duties are being fulfilled on site. Managing Subcontractor performance on site and escalating issues to the project manager. Optimise workflows where possible to reduce project programme Demonstrate commercial awareness and play a role in resolving disputes & claims. Ensure ongoing compliance with the following during construction phase: Environmental Plan / Waste Management Plan / Construction H&S Plan / Emergency Plan / Project Schedule.
