Commercial Sales Executive - Commercial & Residential Interior Fitout Solutions Location: Dublin 2 (fully onsite role) Salary: Neg DOE Our client is the leading Irish owned Commercial and Residential Fitout Interiors company offering bespoke solutions to clients to ensure that their vision is brought to reality. Due to expansion, they are seeking to hire a full-time onsite Commercial Sales Executive. The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing those customer accounts, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include handling sales enquiries, creating quotes, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves working closely with clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred. Experience in the interior design or furniture industry is preferred Proven track record in achieving targets and ensuring profitability is maximised. Strong business planning and organisational skills Strong client relationships management skills Qualifications Working on inbound opportunities within Commercial, Residential and Hospitality sectors, building your own client base and using CRM system to manage leads. Acting as a main coordinator of communication between architect and client. Generating new business pipeline. Product specification with the goal of working with practices on their individual fitout projects. Supplier relationship management. Working with the A&D community, construction companies, fund management companies etc. Using design experience to introduce furniture fabric, wood, and sustainable finishes to clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Coordinating all resources and services required for each project. Achieving final sign-off on all your projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relationship building within the A&D community and clients. Meeting clients in the company showroom and on-site. Preparing tender documents.
