This operational role provides essential administrative and documentation support to a team of Contract Managers based across the US and Ireland. The successful candidate will assist in contract administration, audit and litigation documentation, and process coordination, contributing to the smooth functioning of the team.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave. Individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will be based in our Dublin office on two fixed days per week, with the remainder of their monthly work hours from a home-based office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Contract Manager team, including document preparation, tracking, and filing.

Qualifications/Experience

- Data preparation and coordination with external service providers for the preparation of both direct and indirect tax returns
- Coordinate all tax payments and calculations, including monitoring payment dates, preparing payment files, and recording payments
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of tax provisions for local and consolidated financial statements, reconcile tax/VAT/GST accounts, and work with financial statement auditors
- Responsible for tax invoicing and withholding tax-related matters
- Work with internal and external transfer pricing teams in preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing files and tracking of intercompany balances
