The Opportunity:

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Monitoring Surveyor to join our Monitoring Department. What will I be doing in my new role?

  • Leading and successfully delivering survey works on small to medium-sized or moderately complex projects.
  • Undertaking various types of surveys sessions using a variety of specialised and exciting equipment and technology such as total stations, GNSS and data collectors.
  • Supporting Principal and Senior Surveyors in larger or more complex projects.
  • Recording surveying information accurately and consistently on site to the agreed specification and scope
  • Processing data from the field into the office, post processing with software, such as AutoCAD
  • Assisting with detailed field and office surveying assignments.
  • Ensuring that all survey kit is maintained and well kept.
  • Delivering to company policies, procedures, standards and best practices.
  • Any other duties as required by the business.

Requirements of the role:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years survey experience using topographic instruments.
  • Relevant Qualifications and/or relevant experience.
  • Possess an understanding of surveying and/or monitoring or sensor communication.
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish construction industry (ideally in surveying and monitoring).
  • Experience of working to high safety standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of role related post-processing software.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Valid Ireland/EU manual drivers' licence
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by our clients.

Job Purpose
The SCM is responsible for ensuring that: An independent Compliance Monitoring System is established to monitor compliance with EASA, IAA and other applicable national authority requirements and that the Accountable Manager is kept informed of airworthiness/ Compliance standards across the organisation. The SCM Manager is the unique focal point of contact for the organisation on all safety related matters pertaining to the relevant EASA/UKCAA regulations. He/she is responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of Dublin Aerospace Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of a Compliance Monitoring Audit programme as a means of monitoring maintenance procedures within the organisation.
  • The Compliance Monitoring System is monitored for compliance with EASA Part 145
  • Reports are made to the Accountable Manager as to the effectiveness and current status of the Compliance Monitoring System to ensure that the Accountable Manager is kept up to date on Compliance matters.
  • When required the SCM will assess sub-contractors for extension of the organisations' Management System. They must within the organisation provide the necessary expertise to carry out this function. Both the assessment and the provision of the expertise must be to the satisfaction of the IAA, the UK CAA and other applicable national authority requirements.
  • The assessment of suppliers/vendors (including specialist services) used by the organisation in the performance of maintenance is carried out.
  • Processing additions to scope of Approval are carried out in accordance with EASA, UKCAA and other authority requirements.
  • Reporting of un-airworthy conditions to the relevant authorities.
  • Issue of Part 145 authorisations to certifying staff and maintain control of records of Certifying Staff and B1 and B2 support staff records
  • Liaison with the IAA/ UKCAA on all airworthiness/regulatory matters.
  • Implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Feedback system as required by 145.A.200 (a) (6).
  • Be prepared to undertake other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
  • The creation and modification of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, ensuring it meets regulatory and Company requirements and industry best practice and that it is continually reviewed and improved.
  • The day to day management and performance of the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • The creation and modification of the Audit Schedule, covering all applicable requirements
  • Ensuring the dissemination of compliance issues and results to personnel (management and non-management).
  • The management of the Safety and Compliance team and any external auditors to ensure that audits are planned, scheduled and undertaken in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all findings raised are closed satisfactorily or escalated to the Accountable Manager.

Safety Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Ireland, where they will perform a wide range of customer care activities for Cyara's enterprise customers. They will be delivering the best in class customer service to Cyara's global clients. They will be a quick learner and develop expertise in all aspects of the Cyara Platform.

Our Customer Support Team is a 24/7 operation, so the role will require shifts which will include some days/nights/weekends.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service to end-users via Cyara Voice Assure solution
  • Interact with the Voice Assure platform and internal tools for timely marking of the Voice Assure monitoring interactions
  • Follow internal SOPs to gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing symptoms for accurate processing test calls using internal software
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Use our ticket tracking system to work oninternal issues: research, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to product, software, network and hardware issues.
  • Manage internal and customer-facing communication in the event of outages or incidents, and keep all parties updated on progress
Role requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven customer service experience or customer-facing technical support experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow through with tasks to close
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple work streams simultaneously
  • You should be organized, meticulous, a communicator with a "can-do attitude"
  • Understanding of telephony, VoIP (SIP), and IVR
  • Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to learn

Monitoring Centre Operator(s)

Due to continued growth, we invite applications for the above role (immediate & future starts).

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-service oriented people to work on a rotating shift basis (12 hour day or night shifts) from our state-of the-art monitoring centre facility in Cavan.

Skills Set: Excellent phone manner is essential in this role. You are a 'people-person', a quick thinker, problem solver, & work well in a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.

You must be computer-literate, eligible to work in Ireland & must pass full security screening & financial credit checks.

Successful applicants must apply for a Monitoring PSA license prior to commencement with the company.
