Ensure Accidents and Incident Reports closed on the AIRS System by the Senior Staff Nurse and filed in folder for previous week (Monday - Sunday). Ensure Clinical Risk tools up to date. Scrutinising section papers and checking that relevant paperwork is present and correct - including highlighting any areas which require amendment in a timely fashion. Ensuring that diaries and spreadsheets are updated with listings of Court and Tribunal hearings. Notifying all relevant parties concerned regarding report deadlines and dates of hearings. Chasing up reports for all Court and Tribunal Hearings. Contacting Clinicians and other relevant parties and arranging their attendance at Hearings. Assist the Tribunal Clerk when required to do so, ensuring that the room is set up, paperwork available and collecting visitors from reception and to liaise with the Tribunal Panel in the absence of the Clerk. Maintain high professional standards in documentation, confidentiality, and record keeping. Provide specialist OT input to holistic treatment and recovery plans. Work collaboratively with service users, families/carers, and external agencies to support recovery. Requirements of Occupational Therapist - Adult Mental Health Bachelor/Masters degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by CORU. CORU registration. Experience (clinical placement or post-qualification) in mental health or related area. Desirable: Post-qualification experience in adult mental health (acute in-patient or community). Knowledge of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice. Training in group facilitation, sensory approaches, or cognitive remediation. Experience in outcome measurement tools (e.g., MOHOST, COPM, OCAIRS). #MEDAHP
