Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Crew Member to join our McDonald’s team at the Lucan Shopping Centre. This full-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of equipment, dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior grounds

• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks such as filter changes, equipment checks, and minor repairs

• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met

• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes correctly

• Maintain cleaning logs and follow all maintenance checklists

• Communicate with management about needed repairs or issues

• Assist with deliveries and stock organisation if needed

Requirements:

• Dependable and able to work independently

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling

• Physically fit and able to be on your feet throughout the shift

• Ability to follow procedures and safety standards

• Previous experience in a maintenance, janitorial, or cleaning role is an advantage, but not essential — full training provided
