You should have:
- A background in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Greenhouse product knowledge experience is a plus
- Experience creating instructional materials and video-based learning content is a strong plus, but not required—we are happy to provide training and support in these areas.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills in English. Fluency in German is a strong advantage.
- Passion for Greenhouse's mission to help companies transform their hiring and a genuine interest in supporting customers.
