The day-to-day tasks:
- Perform detailed labeling and annotation of data related to Violating Actors & Networks (VAN) to support LLM training.
- Ensure labeling accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines and policies.
- Partner with internal teams to build and maintain golden datasets for quality control and model calibration.
- Analyze data to identify patterns or trends in abusive actor networks and provide insights for model improvements.
- Support vendor site calibration and participate in quality assurance reviews as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on labeling standards, workflows, and quality expectations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, including documentation of labeling procedures.
- Stay current on policy updates, labeling guidelines, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in content moderation, data labeling, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver high-accuracy work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to recognize patterns and detect anomalies in complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Familiarity with abusive behavior patterns, policy enforcement, or integrity challenges is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This opportunity is a contract for 11 months, potential for extension depending on project progress, onsite in Dublin 4, paying €72,000 per annum pro rata.
