This role that will be part of the 3Data team in Threes IT &Networks department. The role holder will take ownership of Threes dataarchitecture framework. **About the Role**
As a leader within our Network Pricing team, you'll help drive effective drug pricing decisions within our provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. **About the Team**
The team primarily supports the network contracting team but will also work on complex analysis related to the overall business strategy for OptumRx. Working with Finance, Network Contracting, Client Contract Management, Legal, Regulatory, and Operations teams. Primarily working with databricks for data extraction and Power BI for visualizations. Some SLT reporting is done in excel where preferred. The team meets regularly to discuss their priorities and will collaborate on different projects, depending on scope._

**What You'll Do**
- Leading delivery of reporting & dashboarding projects from individual contract line items to global book of business views. Ensuring the solutions are robust, sustainable and scalable; engaging with IT, broader team and Senior Leadership as required
- Owning the development of the required data pipelines to support our reporting and partnering with IT as required
- Lead the development of new concepts, technologies and products to meet emerging requirements.
- Direct analytics projects with segment-wide and/or enterprise-wide impact
- Influence senior management decisions that impact business direction
**What You'll Bring**
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
- Significant experience in financial modeling/analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, financial analysis, data analytics)
- Demonstrable experience leading or owning projects, with accountability of work for senior and/or management level team members
- Technical experience in Python or SQL and MS Excel
- Data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
