U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services in the world. Our clients look to us for trustee, agency, escrow, document custody and money market issuing services via our 48 domestic offices and three international offices.

This team are responsible for a variety of tasks including but not exclusive to ensuring client compliance with deal documents, ensuring receivables are paid fully and in a timely manner, liaising with Finance department, ensuring clients financials and Compliance certs are provided in a timely manner and completing DMC's Projects to the level required from senior management within given timeframes.

**Essential Functions:**
+ Deal Document Oversight - Ensuring that information required from clients relating to Deal documents are received and documented correctly in a timely fashion. Escalating any issues arising from this to Relationship Management in a time sensitive manner.
+ Management of aged receivables process - interacting with Relationship Managers, Transaction Managers, Client, Finance and Admin groups to ensure aged receivables are paid fully in a timely manner.
+ Deal Onboarding - Set up of deals across various systems, gathering of tax documentation, fee and new deal billing set up
+ Queries & Escalations - Acting as escalation contact for business line queries and requests between the business line and client correspondents.
+ Participate in Bank projects and UAT testing as required
+ Assist with Business line reporting
+ Escalating of issues in a timely manner to management
+ Change Management - continuous looking for improvements, efficiencies and enhanced controls in DMC processes.
+ Completion of IAR new deal and termination reviews, inclusive of clearing exceptions

**Basic Qualifications**

As our **Senior Manager- Pharmacy Pricing Financial Modeling** , you will join an established team within OptumRx responsible for managing our network pharmacy pricing guarantees. You will lead a team to provide financial modelling and analytics related to the performance of effective rate pricing guarantees, specific to the Commercial line of business. You will work with internal stakeholders to drive to best outcomes and ensure alignment with our pharmacy contractual obligations.
Within the role, you will build relationships with our partners and stakeholders across many functions, including Network Contracting, Client Contract Management, Finance, Legal and more.
We're looking for someone with a quantitative mindset, a strong aptitude for complex problem solving, industry experience, and well-developed communication and technical skills.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team responsible for managing the performance of effective rate pricing guarantees, within network pharmacies, for Optum's Commercial book of business.
- Ownership of the relevant financial modeling and ensuring ongoing iteration as required, to maintain highest level of efficacy in projections.
- Manage a critical process forming the foundation for pricing modelling and reporting. This involves the maintenance and manipulation of structured data to develop business intelligence tools, track trends, and conduct analyses related to effective rate pharmacy reimbursement.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of contractually required performance reporting, provided externally on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers with a strong focus on DevOps best practices, code quality through rigorous code reviews, and deep expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and related services.
- Oversee the team in developing analysis and scenario modelling related to pharmacy reimbursement and drive iteration of this analysis to drive key business decisions.
- Actively communicate to leadership and relevant stakeholders on emerging risks or trends.
- Actively consult with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure appropriate application of contractual and regulatory obligations.

**Required Qualifications:**

**Preferred Qualifications:**

**Role Overview**
As part of Data Solutions delivery pillar in EMEA, this position requires working on building, maintaining, and evolving enterprise data platform and plays a critical role in designing and constructing the underlying structure that organizes and represents the data within the platform. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical, and physical data models. + Strong hands on understanding of key data modeling concepts and patterns, such as Inmon, and Kimball methodologies.
+ In-depth knowledge of database structure principles, system requirements analysis, and data mining/segmentation techniques.
+ Expertise in SQL, Oracle, and database tuning, with familiarity in data visualization tools.
+ Proven analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude and strong organizational abilities.
+ Experience working across multiple business processes, systems, and platforms, with a strong background in the Financial Services Domain.
+ Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architect or similar tools for UML modeling is advantageous.
+ Experience with data modeling solutions deployment automation is a plus
