Data Steward position within a high performing Data Steward (Master Data) team which supports Sanofi Waterford's growing Pharma business.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the timely update of Master Data in SAP and related partner systems while also maintaining excellent customer and stakeholder relationships.
The role works closely with all functions and in particular with Operations, Quality, Demand and Finance teams as well as global planners/other sites.
**Main responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the creation of new material codes in all relevant systems
+ Responsible for the 'workflow' functionality in SAP to support the business with regards to the maintenance and obsoletion of material masters in all systems' Master Recipe
+ Responsible for the creation of all new master recipes in SAP
+ Responsible for the ongoing administration of an ECO request portal. Providing regular KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and reports related to the usage of the portal and provide support to end users
+ Responsible for the ECR/ECO (Electronic Change Request / Electronic Change Order) administration in SAP
+ Support the business with regards to the maintenance and obsoletion of master recipes/production versions in SAP
+ Produce monthly KPIs and reports on SAP master data Support the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Support Specialists with IDOC (Intermediate Document) master data issues as required
+ Support master data experts in the business as required. Provide material master and master recipe overview training for any new SAP user
+ Maintain all Quality documents in a current and compliant state
+ Support above site data governance, end-user forum & transversal knowledge sharing initiatives

Data Architect - 6-12 month day rate contract Role Purpose The Data Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the organisations data architecture strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, governance, and accessibility across the organisation, while enabling innovation through modern business intelligence tools and data platforms. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration to drive strategic outcomes in data management and analytics. Key Accountabilities Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisations data architecture, enhancing delivery, technology, and structure. Safeguard the integrity of local data infrastructure, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, roadmaps, strategies, and quality standards. Define, explore, and clarify data architecture requirements for all internal projects, including data collection, cleansing, storage, sharing, and usage. Establish and promote best practices for data management and governance. Own and maintain conceptual and logical data models across the organisation. Integrate modern business intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies with legacy data warehouse systems. Ensure compliance with audit and reporting obligations, including GDPR. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including group functions and external partners. Positively influence the leadership, culture, and overall success of the Commercial & Analytics department.
