You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your key responsibilities
  • Work with the SAP functional and business teams to scope and analyse the data migration requirements, including analysis of source system data structures and flows
  • Within the Data Workstream, serve as the go-to subject matter expert for master and transaction data areas including SAP Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (including EWM), Business Partners and other data objects
  • Design Migration strategy and implement the data migration framework as per data migration architecture using SAP Data Services (Enterprise edition) and SAP Migration Cockpit
  • Design and Document the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) routines maximizing the use of technology to achieve a high degree of automation in a performant way
  • Build, test, execute and manage the data migration routines and data cleansing and enrichment models
  • Design and Execute preload and post load data validation of migration results, handle error logs and advise on data cleansing requirements
  • Support the functional teams with the data reconciliation and reporting process
  • Perform migration mock cycles and rehearsals, plan and execute migration cutover tasks and lead post go-live support and defect handling
  • Create technical specification documents by utilising SAP functional knowledge, data migration experience and computer programming knowledge
  • Provide advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advise on appropriate data management strategies
  • Provide guidance to other systems analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects
Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong technical skills ranging from in depth knowledge of SAP modules, understanding of data governance frameworks, proficiency in data modelling and ETL processes
  • Project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and professional networks
  • Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
  • 7+ years' experience in SAP Data Management projects, with extensive hands-on experience in SAP data cleansing and migration tools in an internal or external client facing environment
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a consulting role
  • Strong experience in SAP Data Services, Information steward, HANA SQL, IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW and SAP Migration cockpit
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • Experience in developing migration strategies, data dictionaries, mapping specifications and data transformation guidelines
  • Expertise in migration of SAP Business Partners including CVI (Customer to Vendor Integration)
Ideally, you will also have
  • Experience in SAP MDG, SAP QM and SAP GTS
  • Experience in Power BI
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead integration efforts across multiple data sources including transactional system, API's, data lake and streaming data.
+ Define model and rationalize target state architecture, socialize with key stakeholders and conduct walkthrough
+ Determine database structural requirements by analysing issuer business, applications and data from existing systems
+ Participate in requirement engineering and working groups and collaborate with business leads, operations, SMEs, technologists and governance teams
+ Incorporate data standards and implement governance model
+ Develop data flows, ownership matrixes and data lineage
+ Implemented physical data model, contribute to the system and operational design, carry out optimization for usability and performance

**Qualifications:**

Role Mission: Provide operational support for global pharmacovigilance activities related to Grifols' investigational and marketed products. Ensure high-quality pharmacovigilance deliverables that comply with global regulatory reporting timelines. Manage project implementation and execution of safety systems, including ongoing business support and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a key liaison with IT system administrators to validate and test system changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Lead and coordinate safety data analysis for aggregate reports preparation, signal management and ad hoc requests.
+ Support drug safety systems through business administration tasks, including database configuration updates, submission rules management and testing with regulatory authorities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering and evaluating cost-effective, sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.
+ Manage documentation related to PV systems and applications, including SOPs, WPs, user requirements, functional/ technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
+ Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and support the integration of new applications within the PV team.
+ Collect, prioritize and plan system improvements based on user feedback, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Act as the primary PV contact for IT-related PV projects.
+ Drive Innovation through AI in Pharmacovigilance: Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements to identify and evaluate innovative technologies and processes that can enhance pharmacovigilance operations. This includes proactively assessing AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve signal detection, case processing, data analysis and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot and implement solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in safety monitoring.
**Who you are**

+ You have a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (pharmacy, nursing, medicine, veterinary, etc) or Bioscience (biochemistry, biotechnology, biology, etc). Additional training and/or experience in bioinformatics/biostatistics or data analysis tools (such as R or Power BI).
+ You have at least 4 years of pharmacovigilance experience including management of pharmacovigilance data bases.
+ You have proven knowledge of Good Pharmacovigilance Practices; existing legislation, regulations, guidelines, medical coding and safety-data administration.
+ You are proficient in Windows and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
+ Familiarity with reporting tools such as Business Objects is strongly preferred.
+ You have knowledge of E2b (R2) and E2b (R3) and to be familiarity with medical terminology, MedDRA, WhoDrug are a plus.
+ You speak fluent Spanish and English.
+ You are proven self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
+ You must be proactive, results oriented and have strong attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
+ You possess strong technical writing and communication skills with ability to create and present design proposals, test scripts, execute training sessions and conduct effective meetings.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure successful completion targeted deadlines.

**Job Description**
**This is a full-time position for a Data Governance Analyst with coverage across various data governance programs. The successful candidate's main responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining governance risk programs while providing support to management in oversight of programs.**

**The candidate will need to build and maintain effective relationships throughout the Bank and its parent Group, including business line leadership, the broader set of stakeholders across corporate function staff, as well as key risk personnel with exposure to a variety of different risk programs and activities.**
**Principal responsibilities of Position**
**The role holder will be part of a high performing and experienced team with multi-disciplinary responsibility. The role holder will be responsible for the following:**
**Execution and coordination of key Data Governance activities:**
**Day-to-day analyst activities for Data Governance Program and related risk management programs including the maintenance and development of Key Report Data Flow Documentation, maintenance of both the banks Authorised Data Source and Key Report Inventory, and related risk assessments.**
**Build and maintain familiarity with a variety of systems and applications to support competence in executing analyst activities such as reviewing risk and control records, extracting required data, and attesting on assigned activities.**
**Support management in design and delivery of innovative solutions to simplify, automate or optimise processes required for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation or oversight.**
**Maintain procedure documentation annually.**
**Supporting data quality activities including identification and validation of Critical Data Elements in collaboration with the broader Data Governance team and stakeholders.**
**Reporting to different risk and governance forums, including reporting to Group, on outputs from Data Governance activities.**
**Development of procedures and controls to ensure comprehensive implementation of the Bank's Data Governance Policies and Programs.**
**Facilitate regulatory or internal audit driven reviews, as necessary.**
