Overview
Mastercard's AI & Data Operations team is looking for a Director, Technology Program Manager (TPM) to help define, align, and deliver Mastercard's AI and Data vision and roadmap. You will report to a Vice President (VP) within the group. You and the VP will partner with other programs/leaders on multiple simultaneous company-wide AI and Data related initiatives. + Partnering across broader Enterprise Data, Technology and FLU/CF teams to oversee/ensure consistent engagement, communication and problem solving that drive adherence to the Enterprise data related policies.
+ Thinking critically to evolve and enhance the data governance framework.
+ Oversee data quality risk within the legal entities in the international region.
+ Analysis of key data related metrics and oversee data quality related remediation.
+ Solving problems and executing on key deliverables such as issues management, managing regulatory interaction on data, Board training materials and applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge
+ Engaging and providing guidance to FLU/CF/LEs **What we are looking for:**
+ Excellent communication skills to succinctly deliver messaging to senior level audiences, to guide and influence stakeholders across FLU/CF's. Experience in regulatory interaction would be desirable.
+ Validated ability in stakeholder management and working with senior management stakeholders.
+ Experience in working on cross functional projects.
+ Extensive experience in DataGovernance/Risk/Controlsand Governance experience would be desirable.
+ Proven ability to develop written materials (decks, briefing materials) used to organize and clearly communicate and memorialize key messages to stakeholders; metrics/scorecard development.

As a Security Data Governance Engineer at SAP, you will play a critical role in safeguarding SAP's digital assets and information. **What You Bring**
+ 5 years of experience in Information Security, with a focus on data governance, SIEM platforms, or security data engineering.
+ Hands-on experience with SIEM technologies, especially Splunk, including administration, architecture, or support.
+ Familiarity with information security compliance and audit frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOC, GDPR).
+ Proficiency in automation, scripting, and regular expressions for data processing and platform management.
+ Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
+ Collaborative mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in security data practices.
+ Experience with Hyperscalers i.e. AWS, Azure and/or GCP is a plus.
