Summary of the Role:
+ You will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements related to data migration are captured, validated, and business use cases are documented.
+ You are expected to plan, implement, and manage the migration of data from the legacy systems to the new system software/applications.
+ You will play a key role in liaising with Business and Technology team to realise the data migration requirements, while enabling best in class customer experiences.
We're looking for someone who:
+ Has high level of accuracy and attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, logical thinking with data protection acumen.
+ Has good experience in handling various complex data migration projects in a banking domain preferably in lending space.
+ Has good working knowledge of database systems, design, and management.
+ Has experience in working with large data in variety of formats, tables, and structures.
+ Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize patterns in the data set and structure.
+ Has the ability to evaluate the data sources and foresee obstacles that the data might cause during the migration process.
+ Has managed multiple stakeholders across various verticals within the bank.
+ Has the ability to clearly document the data migration strategy in JIRA or Confluence, present it to the relevant stakeholders for review and sign off within the given timeframe.
+ Has extensively worked in data clean-up activities such as identifying and correcting/removing errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in the data set, table, database, and improving its quality and usability.
+ Has experience in pre-migration planning process, defining migration scope, and verified destination system data requirements.
+ Has involved in data migration planning and design reviews, conducted formal review meetings with the stakeholders, and implemented migration testing strategies.
+ Has experience in designing migration test strategy and identify the right tool for testing such as automated tool to compare source and destination data.
+ Has managed post migration testing and verification of migrated data to the new system.

**About You**
+ **Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
+ 8+ years of experience in product management, with **at least 5 years in cybersecurity or data security** .
+ Proven track record of managing enterprise security products-preferably in **data security, DLP, encryption, CASB, or related domains** .
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and successfully launching complex products in global markets.
+ **Domain Knowledge**
+ Strong understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, including data security, regulatory compliance, and cloud security trends.
+ Familiarity with endpoint security, threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR, and adjacent solutions is a plus.
+ Ability to articulate technical concepts (e.g., data classification, policy enforcement, insider threat protection) to both technical and business audiences.
