**1. Data Governance and Process Ownership**
+ Evaluate and redefine existing processes for managing enterprise data (e.g., Product, Customer, Financial, Operational Data), identifying gaps and designing solutions to migrate offline or legacy workflows to enterprise systems.
+ Partner with functional domain experts and stakeholders to define robust **data ownership, quality control, and lineage management** structures, focusing on cataloguing single sources of truth and maintaining certified data standards.
+ Establish data governance processes to empower Global Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT Custodians, ensuring accountability and streamlined workflows.
+ Create and implement standardized data models and management guidelines in collaboration with Data Model Owners, promoting consistency across functional domains.

**2. Program and Project Management**
+ Develop and execute detailed project plans to implement scalable data governance and process improvement initiatives for critical data domains (e.g., customer data, financial information).
+ Assign ownership roles within the **Design and Operational Excellence Office (DOXO)** to ensure clear responsibilities and accountability for data management.
+ Lead the end-to-end management of data governance projects, from design through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
**3. Data Quality, Integrity, and Performance Tracking**
+ Design and establish processes for capturing, validating, and managing enterprise data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
+ Define **OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)** for enterprise data, integrating automated tracking and measurement tools to monitor data quality and operational performance.
+ Drive actionable, continuous improvements by analyzing the impact of implemented changes and identifying evolving business needs.
**4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Management**
+ Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional business teams, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and execution of enterprise data projects.

+ The role would have dotted line relationships into such functions as the Global Product Owner sitting in our global Quality organization and key leadership positions in other functional areas such as Engineering and global operations. This is key to help foster a strong change management culture and provide insights into functional challenges, short-term wins, and strategic alignment with those respective business functions.
**Your Skills and Expertise**
**Key Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of hands-on experience leading digitization, process optimization, and data governance projects at an enterprise level.
+ Deep expertise in transforming offline or manual workflows into efficient, enterprise-grade system solutions.
+ Proven ability to implement and monitor SMART KPIs, driving measurable outcomes related to data quality and operational efficiency.
