About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Database Developer
with deep expertise in SQL and related database technologies to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising database solutions that power critical business systems. This role will also leverage cloud-based platforms—particularly AWS—to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
You will work closely with network engineering and project management teams to define requirements, design the database schema, and implement forms, logic, and reports that support the consolidation of network sites. Your Access application will provide a single source of truth for circuit tracking, linking physical assets, logical connections, and migration milestones into a coherent, user-friendly tool.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and prototype design through to delivery, documentation, and handover. The system you develop will become a critical enabler for Entegro's site consolidation programme, helping teams to visualise progress, identify dependencies, and maintain data integrity across multiple workstreams.
This position demands a technically capable developer who is comfortable working independently, managing deliverables, and liaising with end users to refine and optimise the solution as it evolves
- Design and develop a Microsoft Access application to manage circuit inventories through their migration lifecycle.

As our **Senior Manager- Pharmacy Pricing Financial Modeling** , you will join an established team within OptumRx responsible for managing our network pharmacy pricing guarantees. You will lead a team to provide financial modelling and analytics related to the performance of effective rate pricing guarantees, specific to the Commercial line of business. You will work with internal stakeholders to drive to best outcomes and ensure alignment with our pharmacy contractual obligations.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers with a strong focus on DevOps best practices, code quality through rigorous code reviews, and deep expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and related services.
- Oversee the team in developing analysis and scenario modelling related to pharmacy reimbursement and drive iteration of this analysis to drive key business decisions.

- Actively consult with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure appropriate application of contractual and regulatory obligations.
