Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, customer-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the concession and providing excellent customer service. No prior food experience is required, but an interest in quality food is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items, including food ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries or issues in a professional manner.
Operations and Support:
- Assist management in daily tasks such as:
