University Concert Hall (UCH) has been entertaining audiences for over 30 years and plays a leading role in the arts both regionally and nationally. Since its opening, as Ireland's first purpose-built concert hall, UCH has become a centre of artistic excellence. The largest live entertainment venue in the Midwest, UCH has a 1,083-seat auditorium and is situated on the University of Limerick Campus. In 2024 UCH welcomed over 128,000 customers to more than 230 events from music to dance, musical theatre, comedy, TV Broadcasts, community events, conferences and graduations.

THE ROLE

In response to the organisation's success and growth UCH is seeking a Deputy Director to expand the organisation's operational and strategic leadership capacity. This new senior leadership position is a pivotal role. The Role:

The CCPC is seeking to recruit a Deputy Director of Mergers, with excellent strategic leadership skills and proven expertise in the application of competition law and/or economics, to take on a senior management role in the CCPC's Mergers Division. Working with the CCPC's Director of Mergers, the successful candidate will play a key leadership role in the effective delivery of the CCPC's merger review and related functions. This is an opportunity for you to strongly contribute your professional skills and experience to the future enforcement of merger control

**Job Description**
+ Manage daily ITSM operations delivered by MSPs across core ITIL processes.
+ Ensure alignment with Gilead's ITSM process roadmaps and enterprise standards.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
Operational Oversight & Execution Monitoring
+ Monitor daily execution of ITSM processes delivered by MSPs.
+ Track performance trends and escalate deviations from service levels.
+ Support ITOM activities such as event monitoring, CMDB data quality, and service health tracking.
+ Ensure consistent execution across hybrid environments (on-prem, SaaS, cloud).
+ Facilitate communication between MSPs and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations.
Service Performance & Reporting
+ Review SLA/KPI metrics from MSPs and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Compile and publish dashboards and reports on service delivery and trends.
+ Partner with internal teams to assess enhancement impacts and ensure ITSM alignment.
Enhancement Review & Process Alignment
+ Validate low-impact enhancements proposed by MSPs for alignment with process roadmaps.
+ Ensure updates deliver measurable value and operational efficiency.
+ Coordinate with process owners to prevent conflicts with strategic direction or compliance.
Knowledge & Request Management
+ Monitor accuracy and usage of operational knowledge articles maintained by MSPs.
+ Ensure service request fulfillment meets defined standards and drives user satisfaction.
+ Review service catalog updates for operational feasibility and business alignment.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management operations; pharmaceutical or biotech experience preferred but not required.
+ In-depth knowledge of IT operations and delivery service across hybrid platforms.
+ Prior experience working in or managing MSP-driven service delivery models

Overview Of The Role
The ADOS is a senior leadership role within the Association, responsible for overseeing and supporting the delivery of high quality, rights-based, person centred services for adults with intellectual disabilities. This role ensures compliance with HIQA regulations, the New Directions policy framework, the UNCRPD, the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015, the National Consent Policy, and other relevant legislation, while fostering a culture of inclusion, empowerment, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

The ADOS has operational responsibility for a designated number of services and directly supervises Persons in Charge (PICs) and Centre Managers, ensuring effective service delivery, staff management, and optimal use of resources. Cross-cover by ADOS colleagues will be provided as needed to maintain service continuity. In the absence of the Director of Services, the ADOS ensures the continued safe and effective operation of all services.

What Essential Requirements We Are Looking For

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care, Disability Studies, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Formal management qualification in health or social care (minimum Level 6, e.g., Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Leadership or Management)
  • At least 5 years of management experience in disability services, healthcare, or a similar regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing both HIQA regulations, New Directions, ADM and rights-based practice under the UNCRPD.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE policies, safeguarding regulations, and quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, team development, and service innovation.
  • Excellent understanding of person-centered planning, community inclusion, and rights-based approaches.

Flannery's Nursing Home is seeking an experienced and dedicated nursing leader to join our senior management team as the Assistant Director of Nursing. The ADON will work in close collaboration with the Director of Nursing to oversee all aspects of clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and person-centredness for our residents. Role Purpose

This role represents an exciting opportunity to bring your existing skills to new challenges and contribute to Coimisiún na Meán during a significant period of growth. As Assistant Director, International Affairs you will represent An Coimisiún internationally on the full range of media policy and online safety matters. You will work closely with international regulatory counterparts in Online and Media regulation to support the Broadcasting Commissioner in the European Board for Media Services, contribute to our participation in other European and global regulatory networks, play a lead in our engagement with the European Commission, and act as international expert in policy teams by providing expert analysis and advice on relevant international developments on content regulation.

About the Team

Coimisiún na Meán's small expert International Affairs team is focused on establishing the organisation's credibility in international fora as an effective and collaborative regulator with a global outlook, and to ensure that Coimisiún na Meán's policy and enforcement work reflects international best practice, through a programme of formal and informal international cooperation. To do this we need a focused and well-resourced team that can provide external representation, coordinate international engagement activity, monitor relevant international developments (especially at EU level) and communicate effectively with international stakeholders. The team is currently comprised of one Director, three Assistant Directors and Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Prepare and deliver international engagement plans for the European Commission and regulatory counterparts in digital platform and media regulation.
  • Support the Director to develop a longer-term, broader strategic programme of work for An Coimisiún's engagement in international bodies and fora, on specific areas of relevance to media policy, content regulation, media literacy and online safety.
  • Establish new relationships and cultivate existing ones with regulators and policymakers internationally, including through our regulatory networks, to understand and influence policy and regulatory developments in other countries and in international bodies and fora.
  • Represent An Coimisiún externally, including at closed meetings and public conferences.
  • Ensure timely responses to requests for information about An Coimisiún's activities in this field, responding to consultations etc.
  • Prepare senior An Coimisiún colleagues for international meetings in support of An Coimisiún policy objectives.
  • Gather intelligence and develop knowledge relating to content regulation and policy in other countries as well as international fora.
