Responsibilities
Account Management :

  • Dissects briefs upon receipt with Associate Consultant and reverts with questions. If necessary, arrange follow-up briefing session with client
  • Reviews creative brief formed by Associate Consultant and develops creative briefs where necessary
  • Delivers thorough briefing with the creative team ensuring briefs are understood and that determined time is sufficient to deliver against expectations
  • Leads brainstorm sessions and content ideation, planning & creation for social and digital channels
  • Develops client ready work from scratch as part of a wider team
  • Monitors the quality and standards of deliverables
  • Manages client budgets and inputs to financial forecasting
  • Manages workflow through from briefing to execution ensuring the deliverables are of a high quality, answer the client brief, delivered on time and on budget
  • Reviews Associate Consultant meeting notes, project / task trackers and delivers clear and succinct reports on progress on both client and internal work when asked, with the ability to provide necessary detail and 'paper trails'
  • Can structure and undertake high quality research

Client Relationship Management

  • Builds strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness and care
  • Critically examines client requests / briefs and asks the right questions to ensure understanding of requirements
  • Prepares well for client meetings ensuring timely scheduling, clear agendas and that all appropriate materials/reports are created to a high standard and ready ahead of time
  • Executes certain client engagements independently with minimal supervision
  • Interprets clients needs anticipating issues or conflicts and proposing solutions to the team / client as well as providing proactive ideas to clients
  • Is results-driven but also able to manage expectations when required
  • Provides the coordination for client work, managing up and down within the team
  • Leads in the communication and management of specific client deliverables

  • Support new business development activity on existing and prospective clients

  • Provides support to senior leadership on new business initiatives (e.g. research, development of proposals/approaches/ideas)

Requirements

  • Third level qualification
  • 3+ years experience in a Digital or Creative agency
  • Relevant or similar client and industry experience
  • Strong understand of the digital and social media landscape
  • Stays abreast of social, cultural and digital trends and techniques to enhance work

Responsibilities
Briefing:

  • Acknowledge brief upon receipt, and agree with client when agency will revert
  • Working with the Consultant, review brief and revert with questions. If necessary, arrange follow-up briefing session with client
  • Co-create creative brief with Consultant, sending to client for approval where necessary
  • When possible, brief creative team(s) face-to-face

Community Management

  • Create initial 'key milestones' CPA and send to client, ensuring that the production team (creative/video) have agreed topline timings in advance

  • Support Consultant in managing job outlined in the CPA. Update and share CPA if timings change
  • Ensure that all work is 'fresh-eyed', using personnel from other account teams when necessary
  • Ensure that the status report is updated and circulated each week
  • Manage third party suppliers in terms of costs, timings and instructions
  • Update any relevant 3rd parties throughout lifecycle of project

Concept Development

  • Working collaboratively with the creative teams and Consultant to ensure that work produced is on brief
  • Arrange WIP review meetings with the creative team(s), Consultant and Associate Director
  • Maintain high standards and consistency across smaller, day-to-day jobs

Budget Management

  • Work with Consultant to supply accurate estimates to client within 48 hours of concept approval
  • Update estimate throughout lifecycle of job to reflect scope changes
  • Ensure a PO is received prior to the commencement of job
  • All POs raised for third parties.
  • Suppliers to be made aware of payment terms
  • Invoice in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all agency time and all external costs are recouped, without exception
  • Reconcile all jobs prior to invoicing. Ensure that all hours and third party costs are invoiced accurately
  • Maintain all internal financial documents (e.g. Financial Tracker, Outstanding PO report etc.), sharing with the team as appropriate

Campaign Analysis

  • Facilitate the monitoring / tracking of work, inputting data and producing reports as requested
  • Proactively seek out competitor information, and relevant information other sectors and territories
  • Ensure accurate filing of all relevant campaign and competitor materials for future use

Other

  • Suggest areas for additional agency revenue opportunities where possible - including organic growth of clients
  • Contribute to new business pitches

Opportunity Project Background:

Our client is rolling out a Shop Floor Integration Layer (SIL) program using the Ignition platform across several of their advanced technology, multi product, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and sites in Ireland and Europe. This is a key initiative for seamless manufacturing connectivity.

Role

The Digital Transformation Project Lead will be deployed to the business side of operations to maintain deployment and proactively prevent any potential project delays. This role will handle coordination, planning, and issue escalations whilst staying deeply grounded in site-level work. Given the program's focus, the role will be positioned in the EU in alignment with site operations and time zones.

Purpose

The SIL program will be essential to our clients digital manufacturing maturity, enabling real-time data flow, automation, and efficiency in manufacturing. Ignition's SCADA/MES capabilities require site-specific adaptation. This role will bridge global goals with hands-on site execution, gathering requirements, documenting standards, and advancing progress to ensure milestone achievements and effective risk management. This role will be dedicated to SIL, driving execution and change management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Mid-level role with 5+ years' experience in project engineering or management, ideally with Automation Project Management in pharmaceutical industry, industrial automation (Ignition SCADA/MES, shop floor integration).
  • Strong Program Management skills
  • Candidates must have experience with managing large scale global and site wide initiatives for SAP, ERP, MES digital transformation projects.
  • SCADA experience an advantage
  • Candidates must have highly developed communication and influencing skills

Key Responsibilities
:

  • This role will manage project execution and support site Digital Leads and customers to Build detailed project plans for each site, including milestones, resources, and Ignition setups.
  • Work with site PMs to customize plans, factoring in local needs and challenges.
  • Manage scope changes formally, checking impacts on timelines and system integrity.

  • Follow up on tasks daily/weekly using tools like MS Teams or Ignition reports to stay on schedule.
  • Send weekly updates to the global team with progress, risks, and integration metrics.

  • Track and coordinate support from the global team, like expertise or funding.
  • Develop and document standards for shop floor integration, ensuring consistency across sites via Ignition.
  • Gather key requirements from sites through consultations, workshops, or surveys to inform plans and standards.
  • Advance work forward overall, staying grounded in site realities to drive practical implementation and problem-solving.
  • Travel outside of Ireland sporadic - perhaps once a month initially

  • Oversee the company's Finance technology stack , including key platforms such as Oracle ERP, Onestream Financial Planning, Anaplan, and Channel Revenue Management.
  • Set the strategic vision for the selection, integration, and governance of new technologies, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Bring industry thought leadership to the Finance leadership team, proposing meaningful solutions for innovation and efficiency in financial operations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Build deep, strategic relationships with Logitech's Finance leadership staff and act as a trusted partner to identify and define opportunities for value creation .
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by bridging Finance, IT, operations, and external vendor teams to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.
  • Champion change management efforts to inspire adoption and ensure transformation success across diverse teams.

4. Performance Management & Business Impact

  • Define goals, benefit KPIs, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics for new technology capability implementations.
  • Track and analyze the impact of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Review prototypes and solution blueprints to ensure alignment with Finance business needs and objectives.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and manage the budget utilization for Finance technology investments, ensuring resources are allocated strategically for maximum business value.
