About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll work closely with the founder to launch and scale our content, video, paid, SEO, and affiliate efforts across channels like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Shopify Ads, and more. This is a role for a builder — someone who thrives on moving fast, working with AI, and making things happen.
What you'll do
You’ll own the daily execution of our marketing plan. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Create, test, and launch marketing campaigns across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and Shopify Ads
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, HeyGen, CapCut, etc.) to script, generate, and edit short-form videos
Film and edit short-form videos when AI tools aren’t enough
Shape and direct the look and feel of creatives (ads, social posts, visuals), collaborating with designers or creating drafts yourself
Design and launch fast landing pages using AI tools or Webflow
Write blog posts and landing pages (with AI support)
Manage our email flows: onboarding, reactivation, affiliate updates
Publish content across our blog, YouTube channel, and social platforms
Set up and monitor paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok and Shopify
Collaborate with our designers on visuals and templates
Work with affiliates and creators to launch UGC and grow installs
Track performance and optimize based on install, trial, and retention metrics
Stay up to date with AI trends and suggest new automation or creative tools
What we’re looking for
3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (bonus if for a Shopify app or SaaS)
Proven success launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
Strong experience using Generative AI for content and video creation
Confident with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads
Ability to create and direct marketing creatives, including ads, visuals, and video concepts
Hands-on skills in filming and editing short-form videos
Experience building and shipping landing pages quickly
Familiar with SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing fundamentals
A doer mentality — fast, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Strong written communication skills

The Senior Manager, Social Media Technologies will sit within Logitech's Digital Office group, partnering tightly with marketing, brand, communications, and analytics to define how social channels and creator ecosystems are supported by platform capabilities.
You will work with regional social leads, community and content teams, paid social, and creator/partner teams to turn social strategy into reliable, scalable platform features and measurable business outcomes.
The Senior Manager, Social Media Technologies is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing a roadmap, and delivering platform capabilities that power social listening, engagement, influencer/affiliate programs and creator commerce across Logitech's brands and markets.

**Strategic Oversight & Vision**

**Platform Management**
+ Oversee the deployment, customization, and optimization of Social Listening, Engagement, Affiliate, and Influencer Marketing platforms.
+ Operationalise platform features that support creators and affiliates, campaign orchestration, and community moderation at scale.
+ Ensure seamless integration of these platforms with each other and with other key systems (e.g., data lakes and our BI systems).
+ Also ensure integrations with CRM, commerce systems, and ad platforms to enable campaign attribution and content-to-commerce journeys.
+ Drive the end-to-end replatforming process for social engagement, care, and listening technologies, including vendor selection, evaluation, and integration, while meeting critical timelines and milestones.
+ Continuously assess platform performance and identify opportunities to enhance functionality and usability.
+ Prioritise improvements that reduce response times, improve sentiment detection, increase creator ROI, and enable measurable campaign-to-commerce attribution.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**
+ Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, driving alignment on priorities and timelines.
+ Regularly liaise with regional social leads, community managers, paid social teams, PR, legal (creator/influencer contracts), and creative production to ensure solutions reflect real-world workflows.
+ Facilitate cross-departmental discussions to gather, refine, and prioritize platform requirements.
+ Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and other key stakeholders.
+ Translate technical tradeoffs into clear implications for campaign cadence, creator partnerships, and customer experience.
**Data-Driven Decision-Making**
+ Lead the implementation of robust analytics within these platforms to track performance metrics and support decision-making.
+ Define social-specific KPIs such as response rate, sentiment trends, share of voice, creator ROI, engagement-to-conversion, and assisted conversion metrics.
+ Ensure that the replatformed tools incorporate advanced analytics and insights capabilities to help track and enhance customer engagement.
+ Monitor key social media KPIs to uncover actionable insights and influence platform improvements or campaign strategies.
+ Use insights to inform content strategy, creator selection, moderation tuning, and paid media allocation.
**Training & Adoption**
+ Develop and deliver user enablement initiatives, including training and documentation, to drive adoption and consistent use of the tools across the organization.
+ Create social playbooks, creator onboarding guides, moderation SOPs, and quick-reference templates tailored for regional and country teams.
+ Advocate for the value of social media technologies, ensuring users understand the capabilities and potential business impact of each platform.
**Performance Monitoring**
+ Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for the success of each platform and regularly report results to leadership.
+ Include SLAs for response times, CSAT for social care, creator program ROI, and funnel metrics tying social activity to business outcomes.
+ Identify and act on opportunities to align social media technology performance with broader business objectives and customer engagement goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Technology-related disciplines.
+ Expertise in Agile or Scrum practices;
+ Product Management certifications (e.g.,CSPO, PO/PM, CAP, ICP-APO) are highly desirable.
