- Bringing our brand to life through delivery of creative excellence across all customer touch points within our customer communications.
- Supporting the campaign delivery process with our external agency partners and internal channel teams including briefing, creative development and sign-off with relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the Online Brand Marketing Manager on strategic propositions for Tesco Online based on customer needs, market trends and opportunities to grow Tesco's Online Grocery Home Shopping business and deliver against the long-term and annual business plans.
- Partnering with Insight colleagues to ensure campaigns are built on insight and that creative testing is in place.
- Supporting on forecasting and tracking creative and media budgets.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for internal cross-functional team members and external partners and become a steward of integrated planning and strategy core practices and solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
Planning
- Pulling together research insights from Competitive data (Pathmatics, Vivvix, Similarweb), Audience Research (GWI), Landscape insights (eMarketer, business journals), Client Data (GA, CM, META etc) and 1P data.
- Developing and contributing to full funnel media and data driven strategies based on research insights.
- Supporting the creation of holistic communication plans and corresponding media strategies; from setting objectives & KPIs, audience sizing, profiling, targeting, determining media channel mix and potential tactics/partners, budget setting to measurement frameworks.
- Closely partnering and collaborating with interconnected internal teams such as Client Services, Creative Services, Activation and Data Sciences when creating and executing holistic media campaigns.
- Working along a range of cross-functional teams both within the agency and clients' teams alike, building a collaborative and trusting relationship along the way
- Participate in new business development and other growth opportunities
Collaboration
Is a trusted advisor for internal functional team members and external partners and becoming an expert within integrated planning

- 4+ years of hands-on in cross-channel media planning & optimization inclusive of all digital channels; knowledge and experience in traditional channels is preferred but not mandatory
- 4+ Experience with media industry research and planning tools (i.e. ComScore, MRI, GWI, Kantar, Pathmatics)
- 2 year minimum of client facing experience and management experience
- Understanding of brand and performance media and the synergy across the two
- Able to clearly and concisely articulate a persuasive point of view, both written and verbal, presenting to project stakeholders
- Curious and creative, while rigorous and analytical.
- Strong collaboration, client relationship building, and leadership skills
- Experience navigating cross-functional teams and dynamics
