Meet The Team
Join our dynamic team as we navigate and lead the Dexcom Manufacturing Team in Ireland on its digital journey in an exciting, fast-paced program as we stand up and grow a new manufacturing plant. As a key leader, you will bring Digital Transformation Program experience to our structured project governance, driving cross-functional teams to help bring our Athenry facility to commercial readiness while utilising your knowledge of current and emerging trends in the digital environment. Where You Come In

Digital Marketing Program Manager – Ireland (Global Role, US Focus)

The Digital Marketing Program Manager is responsible for leading the evolution of NUSO's global marketing strategy by introducing advanced tools, automation, and AI-driven capabilities. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in marketing automation and campaign execution, with a focus on building scalable programs and measurable impact.

The role will be based in Ireland (Republic of Ireland) and will primarily support North American programs, including 1:Many ABM campaigns, multi-touch digital journeys, and automation-first marketing operations. The individual will also partner with the EMEA/UK marketing team, ensuring that programs, processes, and best practices developed for North America are shared, adapted, and leveraged by regional teams to maximize global impact.

The individual will be accountable for advancing the tools, processes, and campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth. Close collaboration with the global marketing team and alignment with US sales teams is essential, with flexibility required to collaborate in US Eastern Time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties related to the role may be assigned)

  • Develop and manage 1:Many ABM programs, including segmentation, TAM/SAM/SOM list development, and campaign execution.
  • Serve as a power user of HubSpot and Salesforce to build, optimize, and report on campaigns.

Opportunity Project Background:

Our client is rolling out a Shop Floor Integration Layer (SIL) program using the Ignition platform across several of their advanced technology, multi product, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and sites in Ireland and Europe. This is a key initiative for seamless manufacturing connectivity.

Role

The Digital Transformation Project Lead will be deployed to the business side of operations to maintain deployment and proactively prevent any potential project delays. This role will handle coordination, planning, and issue escalations whilst staying deeply grounded in site-level work. Given the program's focus, the role will be positioned in the EU in alignment with site operations and time zones.

Purpose

The SIL program will be essential to our clients digital manufacturing maturity, enabling real-time data flow, automation, and efficiency in manufacturing. Ignition's SCADA/MES capabilities require site-specific adaptation. This role will bridge global goals with hands-on site execution, gathering requirements, documenting standards, and advancing progress to ensure milestone achievements and effective risk management. This role will be dedicated to SIL, driving execution and change management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Mid-level role with 5+ years' experience in project engineering or management, ideally with Automation Project Management in pharmaceutical industry, industrial automation (Ignition SCADA/MES, shop floor integration).
  • Strong Program Management skills
  • Candidates must have experience with managing large scale global and site wide initiatives for SAP, ERP, MES digital transformation projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Manager to join our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact transformation programmes, with a strong focus on operating model redesign, organisational design, and mobilisation of change initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will help organisations navigate complex strategic change, embed new ways of working, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of target operating models and organisational structures that align with client strategy and unlock future growth

  • Oversee end-to-end mobilisation of transformation programmes, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight and guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
