Here's What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service from start to finish.
- Introducing tailored Bupa Global products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and actions in our customer database.
- Ensure product and service knowledge is always current and up to date to correctly educate intermediaries and consultatively sell products.
- Knowledgeable on the competitor activity and products.
- Using your sales and negotiation skills to assess customer needs and offer the right solutions.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
- Proven experience in sales role with transferable skills is essential.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and high-value contract management is desirable.

About The Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead growth across our retail, direct, and digital sales channels. This role is field-based and requires extensive nationwide travel, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise sales performance, build strong relationships, and deliver on ambitious growth targets.
You will work closely with, and have a superior relationship with: Product, Propositions, Acquisition Marketing, Go-To-Market and Channel Partners to ensure we are maximising all acquisition opportunities, winning in the market and driving profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing large-volume B2C sales, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
