Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Director of Nursing / Person in Charge in a nursing home or similar healthcare environment. Active NMBI registration. Proven leadership and management skills with sound knowledge of HIQA standards. Strong financial and administrative management experience. Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills. A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field is essential.
