Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking a Commercial Parts and Distribution Sales (P&DS) Director. This position will be instrumental with proactively carrying out parts and distribution sales activities to commercial customers in UK and Ireland. This is a full-time role, based at our Dublin office, with hybrid working options.
Position Responsibilities:
- Management of assigned accounts utilizing the BGS Sales process to develop relationships, maximize customer satisfaction and increase market share on Material Sales for BGS which include Boeing Commercial Spares, Boeing Distribution Inc. (Systems & Components) and Boeing Distribution Services Inc. (Consumables & Expendables).
- Identify opportunities within the marketplace that would facilitate the growth of sales through the marketing of existing or new product lines.
- Pro-actively promote products and services to customers and prospects.
- Proposal management and leading negotiations with customers.
- Key Account Management in close cooperation with the Account Directors, Customer Service teams and Boeing Commercial Airplane Sales Directors.
- Forecasting and meeting the sales/revenues and margins within the region.
- Credit management of accounts in cooperation with credit control department.
- Frequently customer visits in the territory (Ireland and UK) is required.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or aviation field. However, those with extensive aviation experience but lacking BA degree may also be considered
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service in the aerospace/aircraft parts

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €72,900 - €132,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. - S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience highly desirable but not a "must have".
- Proven experience in SAP Sales and Distribution across the various areas including - Order management, Pricing and Condition technique, billing, Availability check and AATP, handling integration with legacy systems using EDI and iDoc processing.
- Broader knowledge of the SAP eco-system and the integration areas of Sales and Distribution with other modules and applications.
- Proven end to end experience in implementing minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA or similar projects and associated deliverables.
- Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements.
- Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions.
