Locum Express (Part of the PE Global Group) are currently looking for Recruitment Consultant to join our Locum Doctors team based in Cork. As a Recruitment Consultant at Locum Express PE Global, you will play a crucial role in identifying and placing healthcare professionals in temporary and permanent positions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for recruitment and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients. Source, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements: Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales/customer service role preferably within the Healthcare/Recruitment sector. Excellent organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be confident on the phone when talking with candidates and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Someone who is positive, sociable and not afraid of hard work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
