**What You Will Do-**
The Senior Document Control Specialist will maintain Document Management systems to support division document management, including ECR/ECO/MCO processes in PLM and downstream systems. You will also play a key role in document control activities to ensure conformance to business requirements and regulatory standards. Using strong problem-solving skills, the specialist will proactively address document control challenges while maintaining an efficient document control system.
+ Divisional resource for PLM system.
+ Process ECOs/MCOs efficiently and in accordance with procedures across all Endoscopy sites
+ Ensure proper archive, storage, and retrieval of controlled documentation
+ Ensure accuracy and maintenance of physical and electronic external standards and regulations
+ Train and qualify PLM system users/team members in the initiation, processing, and implementation of ECO/MCO
+ Assist Change Originators and Reviewers with implementation details related to Document Control process
+ Support Change Control in CAIII tasks
+ Initiate and successfully implement Agile IT changes by working with IT, cross functional teams, test script writing, test script executing, and troubleshooting
+ Investigate information discrepancies between PLM and downstream systems ensuring all information is accurate and available to users
+ Regularly update departmental procedures/work instructions as needed for accuracy and business needs in accordance with Change Control process/procedures
**What you need -**
+ Level 6 Qualification
+ 5 years of work experience required, OR bachelor's degree in leu of experience; experience in document management or experience participating in organizational change initiatives with cross-functional teams is preferred

EMEA Non-Traditional Environment (NTE) Security Team are looking for a NTE Security Manager to join our expanding Non-Traditional Control Center Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and professional.
They will have a passion for delighting customers, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The NTE Security Manager role may encompass oversight of contract employee deliverables and collaboration with Edge Security Managers in order to devise security strategies, achieve financial targets, and to improve the overall operational security within our NTE Data Centers. They will report to the NTE EMEA Regional Security Operations Manager.
Key job responsibilities
Coordinate the activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate the activities of a professional contract guard force.
Oversee individual security vendor deliverables, track service delivery and request corrective actions from vendors as needed.
Foster working relationships to educate Data Center business partners and stakeholders on NTE Security posture, processes and procedures.
Extract metrics and observe improvements by looking at and analyzing data.
Verify Data Center security programs are delivered to meet defined global security standards.
Develop strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access controls.
Serves as a customer advocate by identifying security-related opportunities and crafting innovative solutions that maintain security standards.
Be able to work a 24/7/365 shift pattern.
Lead site security incidents, escalations or any other security related issues.
Support and participate in emergent, large scale event response when needed.
Participate in re-occurring security audits and reviews.
Executes established compliance processes with AWS policies, standards, guidelines and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Provides input on, and may develop security methodologies, policies and procedures.
Write reports and communicate with management on the status of physical security operations.
Participate in new security construction or retrofit projects.
Collaborate with other teams to protect AWS Data Center personnel, information and assets.
Ability to audit and observe security gaps in physical barriers, security procedure, policies, surveillance equipment, and alarm points.
Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction of performance metrics
Investigate accidents, thefts, disturbances, discrepancies
Coach others the proper security processes and methods
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of continuous use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word
- A minimum of four years' experience reviewing complex data sets and developing metrics from same
- A minimum of four years operational experience using CCTV, access control and intrusion systems.
- A minimum of four years' experience of investigative interrogation of access control and CCTV systems in support of breaches of internal policy and local laws
- A minimum of four years' experience supporting GDPR compliance in the use of data collection technology (e.g. CCTV, Access Control systems)
- A minimum of five years' experience in a direct supervisory/management role
- A minimum of four years' experience in a customer facing role with either internal or external customers
- A minimum of four years' experience acting as an ambassador for the security department ensuring ongoing positive engagement regarding security culture and program development - A minimum of four years of demonstrative ability to independently influence and lead security operations at a site level
Preferred Qualifications
5+ year working in an operations, physical security or equivalent environment.
5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data.
Participated in an Integrated Project Team or served as part of team to complete a regional/global project.
5+ years of experience compiling reports.
5+ years of demonstrated leadership skills.
5+ years of incident response & management experience.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools
