Skills & Qualifications required for this role: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Facilities Maintenance role. The ideal candidate will ideally be from a Trades background. Experience in Facilities Maintenance desirable but not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be proactive, self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline). Time served technician with 5+ years experience in a maintenance engineering role. Proven experience in maintenance engineering and CMMS management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
