Job Description
Service and Installation Technicianis required by a leading supplier of high-quality CNC based manufacturing machinery, serving a wide range of clients from small to large industrial manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of machinery at customer sites and in-house. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission new industrial machinery at customer locations Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various machines Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Provide technical support and training to customers on machine use and maintenance Ensure all service activities are completed accurately, on time, and to customer satisfaction Maintain clear documentation of service visits, repairs, and parts used Travel to customer sites as required (overnight travel will be necessary) Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Requirements: Qualified to a min Fetac level 6 Mechanical Technician or similar Proven experience servicing and installing industrial machinery Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid drivers license and willingness to travel Skills: Maintenance Assembly Servicing
