**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Increase market awareness, sales and profitability by increasing the number of new Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
+ Works closely with account directors and engagement partners to create a plan to enhance new account penetration, face-to-face meetings and RFPs.
+ Calls new and existing accounts and schedules face-to-face meetings for the business development team.
+ Regular client follow-up to build meaningful relationships.
+ Maintains and manages Salesforce database (SF.com) with all sales activity.
+ Generates reports to highlight increases in RFPs, face-to-face meetings and new account penetration.
+ Researches accounts and identifies new opportunities for ICON.
+ Provides frequent updates to the business development team on activity and conversations with clients.
+ Generates client interest for potential webinars, industry meetings and audio conferences.
+ Reviews metrics on a weekly or monthly basis to assess productivity.
+ Attends internal business development calls and meetings to discuss new opportunities and the overall sales pipeline.
+ Works with the business development team to prepare for client meetings.
+ Develops a sales methodology and strategy for increasing new account penetration.
+ Learns messaging around ICON's differentiators and is able to effectively communicate them to clients.
+ Ability to lead calls and participate in client-facing meetings.
+ Leads various campaign efforts that Account Development team supports.
+ Executes against a specific account plan; routinely sets and achieves quarterly objectives.
**To be successful in the role, you will have:**
+ **Proficiency in French (business level)**
+ Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution required or equivalent experience
+ Inside sales experience or related experience that requires the employee to communicate with potential clients
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

Our current portfolio of work comprises a diverse mix of local and national development and civil infrastructure projects at all stages, from Feasibility through to Detailed Design and Construction
**_Here's what you'll do:_**
The successful candidate should have experience in supporting the delivery of innovative and cost effective solutions to development engineering projects. The role available will provide a range of challenging, dynamic and high-profile projects. Typical duties will include design and development of storm and foul drainage networks for housing, industrial and commercial applications. The use of industry standard software models including Microdrainage; knowledge of Flood risk assessments; drafting of design drawings (including where applicable 3D applications); report writing; site inspections; supervision of CAD Technicians to produce detail design drawings in an efficient manner; management of project-related correspondence; providing support on project information concerning costs and programme.
The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator and able to work closely with private and public sector clients as well as multi-disciplinary teams in a fast paced environment. The role would ideally suit a self-motivated individual looking to advance their career in a dynamic team.

**Qualifications**

_Here's what we're looking for:_
+ A degree in Civil Engineering, and working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer
+ Previous experience in a design role with specific design experience in some/all of the following:
+ Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems
+ Storm and foul gravity collection networks.
+ Storm and foul rising pumping stations and rising mains.
+ Water main distribution pipelines.
+ Attenuation and flow control elements.
+ Package wastewater treatment systems.
+ Section 50 applications and Flood Risk Assessments.
+ Familiar with Road and Pavement design including working knowledge of DMRB and DMURS.
+ Site suitability assessments and drainage planning requirements.
+ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to integrate into the existing engineering team.
+ Knowledge of drainage design software such as WinDes (Microdrainage).
+ Experience in the preparation of Public Works Contracts and familiarity with the Capital Works Management Framework is desirable.
+ Knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3d, Revit or similar drafting and BIM packages.
+ Familiarity with and adherence to Engineers Ireland's Code of Ethics and working towards obtaining the title of Chartered Engineer of Engineers Ireland.
+ Full Clean driving license.

Role Overview
We're seeking a visionary Product Development Director to lead the creation of next-generation solutions within our New Product Development portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with deep product management expertise, a passion for building from zero-to-one, and bonus points for experience in adtech or digital media ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products from concept to market.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives aligned with Mastercard's strategic goals.
- Partner with engineering, design, CX&D, and data teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new product ideas - overseeing the development of features in the product roadmap
- Prioritize development of features as they align against product strategy
- Define product usage metrics and work with development teams to monitor
- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
- Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Act as connector to ensure commercial and technological success of our products by working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales and Marketing, Technology teams, Data Strategy)
- Drive customer discovery, market validation, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Develop compelling business cases, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder alignment materials.
- Apply Mastercard frameworks to ensure scalable success. Championing a culture of experimentation, agility, and customer-centricity.
About you
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of launching new products and scaling them in dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
- Experience with adtech, martech, or data-driven media platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence across a matrixed organization.
- Natural problem solver: analytical, curious, and fact-driven approach to product development.
- Agile product management in data products, writing and gathering product requirements, gap analysis, and business case development
- The ability to deal with multiple and competing priorities, structure and manage work streams, and set clear expectations and deadlines
