Position Summary:

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of Bentley's partner ecosystem across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in partner sales support, channel development, or a related role.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English and native or near native fluency in at least one regional language.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with partners and internal stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience creating or adapting learning content in a business context is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital sales platforms and CRM tools is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn with a strong interest in partner development.

Procore is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to join our team to help drive coaching, training, and efficiency for our go-to-market teams. You'll be responsible for executing against strategic, departmental, and regional enablement priorities for our Revenue team. You will drive results, are a resourceful and strategic thinker, and can scale programs across multiple global markets. This is an integral role within a fast-growing company. GTM Enablement is part of the global revenue organization and reports into our Corporate Strategy & Operations Team. This position will specifically support the Europe and MENA regions, and all revenue roles aligned to the Europe and MENA regions.

What you'll do:

  • Act as one of the main Enablement point of contacts for the Europe and MENA Revenue teams and leadership, helping identify role- and region-specific business needs and solutions
  • Collaborate with global enablement and GTM stakeholders to deliver core programs, onboarding and ongoing training across the Revenue organization
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires in Europe and MENA, ensuring consistent delivery of global content while tailoring to local needs
  • Support field teams through enablement activities such as deal reviews, pipeline/account strategy sessions and localized skill-based workshops
  • Collaborate across a larger global enablement team for deliverables such as manager enablement, on-demand learning, methodology and value messaging resources, content creation, asset management, and communications

  • 5+ years experience working in Sales or CS Enablement, Sales or CS (SDR, account executive, CSM, etc.), Sales or CS leadership, Sales or CS strategy, or a similar role
  • Based in Dublin, Ireland to support the Dublin office
  • Proven experience working across multiple international markets
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to lead onboarding sessions, trainings and team-level coaching
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, customer lifecycle, and the revenue tech stack
  • Project management skills with the ability to scope, plan and execute complex initiatives

Additional Information

Base Pay Range €60,800 - €83,600. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. **Responsabilités**
+ **Créer et maintenir des contenus** **et des outils** à fort impact, tels que des guides, des guides de conversation, des matrices concurrentielles, des supports de formation interne, des modèles et des automatisations qui soutiennent les conversations et les opportunités avec les clients axées sur le développement durable
+ **Contribuer à l'écosystème de contenus de base** , y compris des plateformes telles que Seismic, Salesforce, et la connexion à nos bases de gestion des connaissances sur Wiki, AutodeskGPT et Autodesk Learning Central

**Qualifications minimales**
+ Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'habilitation GTM, la stratégie et le développement de contenu, ou la vente ou le marketing de produits/techniques, le développement commercial ou similaire
+ Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en révision ; capacité à créer un contenu clair, convaincant et adapté au public
+ Capacité avérée à traduire des concepts techniques en supports clairs et orientés vers l'action pour divers publics et segments de marché

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented **Growth Enablement Content Manager** to design, manage, and evolve content and tools that empower Autodesk's sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams to confidently engage customers on sustainability outcomes to drive new growth opportunities. This role combines GTM enablement, content development, cross-functional collaboration, and internal storytelling to empower and scale sustainable outcomes by Autodesk customers.
This role sits within the Impact Growth Enablement & Customer Engagement team, which includes empowering field teams with the knowledge, tools, and narratives needed to unlock customer value and drive sustainable outcomes. You'll translate complex ideas into clear, engaging enablement content and oversee the systems, channels, and collaboration models that ensure those resources land effectively.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the Impact team as well as Sales, Customer Success, GTM Enablement, and Product - serving as a connective tissue between what we sell, what customers need, and how we equip teams to drive opportunities to closed/won and adoption. You'll also help integrate sustainability messaging into existing sales plays, customer success plans, GTM processes, and customer conversations, making sustainability a core part of how we drive value.

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $111,400 and $180,290. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. About the Role

You'll lead a small team, oversee case and project workflows, manage performance, and contribute to ongoing process improvements that support the organisation's wider mission.

Key Responsibilities
