We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Energy Efficiency Administrator
to support our Energy Efficiency team within the Services & Solutions department. This is a key role supporting the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS), working closely with the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), our Quality Assurance team, partner companies, and third-party vendors.
This role is a
12 month fixed
term contract. There will be an expectation to be office based 2 days a week in either
Dublin
or
Cork
.
About the role:
- Manage and track SEAI paperwork and audit documentation
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and process payments
- Liaise with QA and arrange site visits for compliance and audit purposes
- Maintain accurate records on SharePoint
- Support team reporting and KPI tracking
- Assist with project delivery and regulatory submissions

Echelon Data Centres is an international data centre infrastructure developer providing large-scale assets to support the growing global demand for data and computing resource – sustainably, responsibly and with due regard for the environment.
To support our growing international management team, Echelon is now recruiting an Energy Centre Engineering Manager to manage all aspects of on-site generation and power provision activities on our DUB10 site in Clondalkin, Dublin.
Reporting to the Campus Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Provide leadership across the entire (campus) from a power provision perspective – interact with other disciplines including site selection, design and sales to ensure successful delivery of overall company goals.
- Review, input and support all elements of the power infrastructure design process.
- Interface with the project delivery team in terms of commissioning and operational readiness for all elements of the Echelon power delivery infrastructure.
- In conjunction with the Campus Manager, the Energy Centre Engineering Manager will:
- Devise and implement the Operations and Facility Management Strategy for all elements of power provision, including on site generation and grid imported power with a focus on continuous improvement, industry best practice, preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Manage all third parties involved in the delivery of power services to the data centre facilities.
- Take responsibility for delivery, management and reporting of all elements of Echelon's power provision operational service levels to our data centre facilities.
- Manage suppliers, define and maintain standards, KPIs, dashboards and reporting mechanisms to ensure Echelon is fully compliant with all power provision service levels.
- Manage Capex and Opex budgets.

Candidate Profile
- At least 8 years' experience in an Energy Centre manager role (or similar) with firsthand experience of the operations and facility management of a grid scale power generation facility.

- Proven track record in effective third party and vendor management.
- Strong communicator with proven experience providing reports and updates to various stakeholder groups - both internal and external.

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Grants & Finance Executive to support the delivery of SEAI-funded solar and energy efficiency projects. Key Responsibilities:
Grant Project Management & Quality Assurance
Oversee SEAI grant approval processes, ensuring full compliance with eligibility criteria and documentation standards.

Maintain comprehensive records of all grant documentation to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.
Financial Coordination & Reporting

- Leading on the execution of deals on both the buy and sell side, including advising on specialist areas such as deal structuring

About You
- Financial qualification with strong post qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy sector
- Experience in either advising clients on M&A strategy and deal planning or being responsible for the execution of M&A transactions as a principal
- Track record of identifying and leading business development opportunities
- Leading deals on both the buy and sell side, including advising on specialist areas such as deal structuring, negotiating transaction agreements and project financing
- Strong experience in complex financial modelling
- A proven record for service excellence, good communication and ability to show that you work well both independently and as part of a wider team including co-coordinating other advisers (e.g. lawyers, transaction support providers)
- Experience leading transactions from start to end
