As a CBRE Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
+ Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
+ Assist and manage sub-contractors in relation to maintenance works.
+ Carry out works/repairs on building fabric as required.
+ Efficient completion of service requests generated by the helpdesk.
+ Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment.
+ Create method statements and risk assessments as required.
+ Maintain and review stock levels, spares requirement through audit and timely ordering of parts.
+ Carry out personal risk assessments of maintenance and repair activities.
+ Complete service reports and data entry on to CAFM system
+ Delivery of PPM to HTM and SFG standards.
+ To ensure tasks as directed are completed with the appropriate H&S awareness/implementation.
+ Ensure Computer Based Maintenance system, e.g CAFM Si, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.
+ Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of CBRE Managed services are locked at all times and are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
+ Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
+ Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.
+ Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
+ Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
+ Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with CBRE Procedures.
+ Manage and permit sub-contractors while on site.
+ Willing to work outside of business hours to ensure maintenance regime is completed and company EHS processes are followed.
+ Provide out of hours service cover as directed by the Technical Supervisor.
+ Any other reasonable request in support of contract & SLA deliver
What You'll Need:
+ Electrical - National Craft Certificate (Junior & Senior Trades or equivalent to) with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems
+ Previous experience of working with BMS systems
+ Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance, to include mechanical assets
+ Essential experience in mains supply & distribution (LV/ MV). AP qualifications ideal
+ HV experience a distinct advantage
+ Experience in thermographic surveying
+ PA Testing experience
+ Permit to work training
+ Ability to analyse possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a distinct advantage
+ Advanced math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages discounts and commissions.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
+ Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
+ React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.
+ Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn't meet all requirements per the Master Service Agreement.
+ Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
+ Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.

+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

+ Training in a Technical discipline having served an apprenticeship or equivalent with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays

About the Role:
As a CBRE Mechanical Sr. Technician, you'll use your advanced skills to maintain buildings systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems equipment, and facilities.
+ Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. These reactive calls to also include concessionary stores and fabric related items.
+ Delivery of PPM to HTM and SFG standards
