About the Role:
What we are looking for is someone with sound technical knowledge to help guide and grow a team of software -, DevOps- engineers, and quality assurance specialists while ensuring quality products are delivered on time .
This position serves as a subject matter expert for a specific team of Software Engineers. In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, this position provides direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies. The position has direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for software development issues within specific area of responsibility. - Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements. - Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. - Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs. - Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews. - Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders. - Design and work with complex data models. - Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of new product development activities on large, moderately complex projects. You will work independently to implement strategic goals and establish operational plans, and coordinate with Project Management, R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and other functions to deliver products to our customers.

+ Be a recognized expert in your role, manage large projects or processes. Provides guidance, coaching and training to other employees within the job area.
+ Support PMO specific initiatives within CAS and collaborate across other OUs on specific activities (e.g. Peer reviews, training or review/update of harmonized procedures).
+ Communicate organizational capacity constraints, program risks, issues and decisions to core team leader, cross functional core team members and key stakeholders.
+ Develops and executes project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
+ Ensures adherence to design control requirements.
+ Defines and negotiates project resource requirements.
+ Manages project budgets and oversees capital expenditures.
+ Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
+ Develops risk mitigation plans.
+ Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress.
+ Travels up to 10% of the time.
**Key Skills & Experience**
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Requires a Level 8 Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
**Nice to Have**
+ Experience with ablation products and therapies (e.g., catheters, generators)
+ Strong understanding of medical device regulations (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485)
+ Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies
+ Skilled in organizing work for unstructured problems or execution tasks
+ Broad engineering knowledge across product development functions
+ Ability to effectively interface and communicate with employees at all organizational levels
+ Strength in working with cross-functional teams across facilities to solve problems
+ Ability to work independently and take the initiative on tasks
+ Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, negotiating, managing change, resolving conflict
+ Master's degree in Engineering and/or scientific discipline, or MBA
+ PMP certification
+ Lean/Six Sigma certification

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Engineer to take ownership of the testing strategy, planning, and execution for our ERP systems and a suite of business and engineering applications. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA leadership, test automation with enterprise systems (including ERP), along with the ability to work collaboratively across business units, engineering teams, and external vendors. Closing Date 1st August 2025 Responsibilities Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise application projects, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements Drive test automation strategy and implement tools and frameworks where appropriate Establish and operate high performing combined Test and software QA function that will ensure all applications meet predefined d QA standards Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across ERP and engineering/business applications (e.g. Finance, HR, CRM, PLM, AEC Apps, etc.) Ensure alignment with SDLC / Agile / DevOps practices and support continuous improvement in QA processes Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery Lead defect triage and resolution processes; establish and maintain a central defect management system Oversee and perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and regression testing for ongoing system changes Provide QA input during the planning and design phases of enterprise implementations Manage QA resources (internal and/or external) and coordinate test activities across multiple workstreams Contribute to risk assessments and provide quality metrics/reporting to stakeholders Stay current with industry QA trends, tools, and practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Proven experience (5+ years) in QA/Test leadership roles, ideally in complex enterprise environments Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects (e.g. SAP, Deltek, iPaaS platforms). Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and best practices for enterprise applications Experience with AEC Apps (e.g. Autodesk, Hexagon & simulation software) is a strong advantage Demonstrated expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Test Complete, Tosca, JUnit, etc.) Proficiency in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM) Understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data validation testing Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
