Key Responsibilities:
People Management

- Drive documentation, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, UI/UX and DevOps to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Serve as a bridge between the two teams to manage interdependencies.
- Represent engineering in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Delivery & Operations
- Own project delivery milestones, code review practices, and risk mitigation.
- Improve monitoring, performance, and stability of both internal and external systems.
- Support incident response and reviews as needed.

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications that align with Fiserv's strategic goals.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- 3+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
- 3+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 3+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry
